Villa Anka

The villa is secluded and about 200 meters from the village It consists of an autochthonous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part dominated by large glass surfaces that merge the interior of the house with the exterior. The old house has a bedroom, and a living room with a kitchen and full bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. It has eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables.

Villa Bell'Aria is situated in a quiet location surrounded by nature and at the same time only a short drive away from the famous coastal town of Crikvenica. With a total of 4 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people. Outside, a private pool invites you for a refreshment during hot summer days. The pool can be heated on guest request, with additional fee. The area with sun loungers is most of the day in the shade and offers a breathtaking view of the picturesque landscape - pure relaxation!

Our house is situated in the very centre of Malinska, hidden from the street, which gives you the privacy. You can park your car free of charge in the frontyard. A big terrace has the sea view. The apartment is only 2 or 3 minutes walk away from the beaches, shops, supermarket and restaurants. If you want to try yourself as a grill master, you have a grill in the backyard, with benches so you can eat outside. If you come with your bycicles, you can store them in our ground floor storage.

We are able to offer you a beautiful stone house. The entire indoor area is air conditioned. It is located in a quiet place and very pleasant to stay. The distance to the beach is about 900m on foot. It has free parking for two cars. The place is ideal for a family with children. Two bedrooms with beds upstairs and an upper terrace with a jacuzzi,and 2 sofa beds (Sofa bed).
