Small garden to relax and admire the sunrise over the Alps. Strategic location for visiting Annecy and the lake region. Ideal for cross-border workers (located 10 minutes from customs) The accommodation is equipped with a double bed and a single bed.

Close to the lake... not far from the mountains

Single-story 50 m2 accommodation for 1–4 people, with private unfenced garden, located in Filly, (Sciez Haute-Savoie), in the heart of Chablais, close to Lake Geneva and the Alps, in a Provençal farmhouse-style house. Warning: electric car charging not possible. We provide bed linens and towels. We kindly ask guests who come in pairs to let us know if they need two beds. Without specification we will prepare the double bed in the bedroom.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It has a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom and a bathroom as well as a private garden with terrace; the whole is located in our very large garden (in front of our house). You are a 3-min walk from the bus stops taking you directly to the lake, train station, old town and airport, 10 min from trams 12 and 17 and CEVA. Two adult bikes and children's bikes are available.
