The perch is situated atop a hill looking out on beautiful Lake Rosa. We swim, fish and boat regularly because Rosa is a clear sand bottom lake! The walk from the cabin to the lakefront is down hill and semi steep, but terraced. 🦚Short stay cleaning fee $50 🦚morning check in 🦚late afternoon check out 🦚no minimum stay, come for just a single night if you wish!
