Villa holiday rentals in Gaiola Island

I can’t say enough about how amazing the stay was for our family. It’s rare to find 5 bedroom with six bathrooms and it was amazing!! It was my son’s wedding and the terraces, kitchen, and view of the ocean and coast were priceless, not to mention the fireworks almost every night with a perfect view! We found ourselves up very late each night just lounging on the terrace under the stars, overlooking the ocean and coast and taking it all in!! Very responsive to any and all requests and questions that we had before, during, and even after the stay. It was our first visit to the area so we were hoping for the best but a little inside… my adult children said it will be a lifetime memory and the villa was a big part of that. We even managed to navigate well in and out with a 9 passenger van. Awesome! Greg W

Great welcome by Franca and her husband very available and adorable! Ideally located accommodation because it is quiet while being close to Naples by transport (train 10 min walk from the accommodation then center Naples 15 min by train). Excellent pizzas right across!

Very much what we were looking for. Felt right at home. Pascal was informative and provided us with some local info that we used. He was great. Aside from parking being a challenge and connecting with host when we arrived due to poor cell service I would say this was a great choice.

Anna has an amazing space. It reminded me of a loft apartment I had in Brooklyn! She is extremely friendly, informative, and helpful. The directions she provided to drive to her location were spot on and she was even there to help guide us. Overall, the environment was a lovely oasis away from the bustle of the city but still close enough to enjoy the night life.

Torre del Greco is an awesome town slightly off the best tourist path with outstanding food, culture, and natural beauty. Vincenzo was a gracious host who contributed greatly to the enjoyment of our stay.

I spent two nights with my family in Francesco's apartment. The apartment is beautiful, especially outside. The interior is spacious, clean and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Francesco has always been available and it has always been easy to contact him. We'll definitely be back!

This place was a beautiful oasis. More beautiful than the photos can show. It’s a perfect fenced property that our small dogs enjoyed. The house is really charming and tastefully decorated. The garden is huge and really tropical and well maintained. It was impeccably cleaned and well stocked. I loved staying here, thank you!

My family and I stayed at this location and it was a fantastic stay for our time in Naples. Everyone was taken aback by how beautiful and large the space was including the terrace. Dominico was very responsive and helpful. He even came to unclog a toilet for us. There is ample space for a large family to live and entertain and just enjoy the beauty of Naples. There's a great beach within walking distance where the locals go. They also rent kayaks there for the bay of Naples. The gelateria and cafe at the top of the hill are fantastic! Finally there's a pharmacy and a grocery store all within walking distance. There are 2 major businesses lines at the top as well. The only thing I would say to warn other guests about is the neighbor in the unit below. The best thing I can say is to keep the noise to a minimum as much as possible at night and simply ignore the woman below. Don't let her detract from your vacation because this house and location are wonderful. Thanks again Dominico!

We had a wonderful time at the Villa , the place is Beautiful ,the location is just perfect. The view from the balcony is Indeed breathtaking overlooking the ocean . There is delightful private área for sunbathing . Everything we needed was avalible from the convenience of a washer to a fully assortment of dishes etc . This property is fantástic, highly recommended ! 5 start also for Jason , he was over our expectations . Thank you for making aour holiday the best one ! Will come Back next year for sure .

Positano Paradise! 🤩 Laura's Villa exceeded expectations! Stunning interiors, breathtaking views from the immense terrace 🌊🏙️. Exceptional hosts Laura and Luca were - responsive, helpful & provided insider tips on restaurants, beaches & local activities. Homemade dinner on the patio was a highlight with Luca and his wife🌟. Meatballs & local fish dishes were divine! 🍴 10/10 would stay again. Highly recommend for unparalleled beauty & hospitality ❤️. Perfect base for Italian getaway. Where do I begin? This was our best experience to date! Claudia’s love for this property shines through, and the thoughtful care and attention to every generous detail made our experience so memorable! From her beautiful, well appointed home to the stunning views and outdoor spaces - we soaked up all the gems she made available to us. Her hospitality was above and beyond, with a fully stocked pantry of delicious food to checking in on us each day, she gave us so much information to make sure we were set! To top it off, we were able to work with her personal and extremely attentive concierge, Aniello, who helped us plan our trip. It didn’t stop there, Claudia’s relationship with a local restaurant gave us access to a free shuttle and Aniello was responsive to every need. We had full access to her amazing hotel as well. This home is higher in the hills, but you can easily walk behind the house (it’s a bit of a down hill walk to a path) and in a few minutes you hit the cute town.

We loved our stay in Praiano. We enjoyed Praiano’s relaxed atmosphere compared to surrounding cities. There is no ferry or cruise ship dock in Praiano, thus it is much less crowded compared to Amalfi and Positano. It is very easy to take water taxi’s to nearby towns and attractions. The hosts were very accommodating and answered our questions, which helped as it was our first visit to the area. The villa is very clean, beautifully constructed and well appointed. We enjoyed our time on the patio, using the kitchen, and taking in the views. When visiting Praiano, you should be prepared to do a lot of walking and climbing stairs. We would recommend the Villa to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Absolutely loved our stay at Villa Marilisa! JJ met us and helped with our bags which was greatly appreciated. Annalisa welcomed us at their beautiful villa. The villa is very spacious and the outdoor space was gorgeous and so peaceful. And the views are amazing. JJ was very helpful in arranging transportation, and booked a wonderful boat tour for us too. The steps to restaurants are plentiful - we found them rewarding and justified eating extra knowing we would get our steps in : ) Would absolutely stay here again. Wonderful villa, wonderful hosts, and wonderful views : )

A very beautiful place perfect for our family of 4 with two adult daughters. The location was great when traveling by ferry, as it is at the base of Positano just above the beach. It made traveling to Capri, for a day trip, very easy to access the ferry. The highlight was definitely the patio! Not sure how many other rentals have a large patio like this one! We loved having our morning coffee with the beautiful views, and 3 out of the 4 nights we went to the small grocery store (The Wine Shop, a 2 minute walk - with everything you need, and a wonderful staff!) and bought fresh produce, meats and cheese and had dinners on the patio, using the beautiful ceramic dishes! We ran out of coffee pods and the hosts hand delivered them to our door! This airbnb was a splurge (everything is expensive in Positano) during our travels in Italy, but worth it!

Wow, what to say. Francescopaolo's apartment was all that we'd hoped for. The terrace is beautiful, lots of places to relax and of course the amazing view. The living accommodation is bright, airy and bigger than it looks in the photos. Francescopaolo has lots of beautiful ornaments, pots and pictures - loved the mermaid table! The kitchen doesn't feel small as it's really well designed, lots of storage and had absolutely everything that you could possibly need. The icing on the cake was access to the sea and we had some beautiful swims down there, the water was just gorgeous. Location was good and we loved Minori, lots of amazing restaurants and it didn't feel touristy at all, it was quiet but still had a good atmosphere, especially in the evening when everyone comes out for their passeggiata. Francescopaolo was a great host, good at communication, sent lots of information on local places and friendly. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

This villa had an absolutely stunning view. We loved the windows opening up to the dining area. We utilized the pool and outdoor areas daily. We wish we had booked it a couple more days.

Beautiful typical Italian accommodation with equipped kitchen, private bathroom, terrace, swimming pool, free and closed parking in front of the accommodation. Antonnio welcomed us by speaking French quite well. He gives good advice on visits to the surroundings. The pizzeria 2 minutes' walk away is excellent. very good location

This rental worked out well for my family while we visited from the US. The house is in a peaceful, quiet, and private area. We did our research on the area and we knew this was in the country and not walkable. You really need a car if you’re going to stay here. This isn’t a negative in my opinion, just want other renters to be aware. The host was very kind and responsive. We would stay here again.

The best Airbnb we have stayed in for location and the stunning views. It was a treat to return to each day and enjoy the plunge pool and the beautiful scenery and so peaceful after a day on the coast. Vincenzo and his family were lovely and helpful. Would certainly stay again and definitely recommend to anyone.

After a busy week at other locations this was the perfect place to end our vacation. When we arrived I told my husband this was the Italy I had been dreaming of. A peaceful, beautiful, small villa. We spent time in the small village, enjoying wonderful food and lots of time just relaxing by the pool. We went in a boat tour to Amalfi and Positano which we enjoyed but I couldn’t wait to get back to our villa and just enjoy the beauty and peace. The only negative was the neighbor’s barking dogs at night.

The villa is in an excellent location. There are 2 excellent restaurants on the street. We were able to sit outside and have an excellent view of the ocean . There are also 2 grocery stores. And there are several bus stops. It was easy to get on the local bus to go to Positano and Amalfi.

We had an amazing stay at Giancarlos! We felt so welcomed and at home whilst being so far away! Giancarlo was a really great host. The street that was walking distance was the most wholesome local place. We felt very welcomed and safe in the local town. Would 100% stay again. Fantastic spot for exploring the Amalfi coast!
