Occasionally on Airbnb you arrive somewhere and it’s like hitting the jackpot. Each and every space is beautiful, well appointed and through a design lens- stunning. Laid back luxury at its best. We are a (grown up) family of 9 and appreciated the numerous spaces to step back for moments of solitude - both inside and out. All the bedrooms are gorgeous- so no one left feeling like they’ve pulled the short straw, and the kitchen is perfect for creating big dinners. A cool (thanks to the air con) sitting room-perfect for reading, and bathrooms all well designed and good looking. The pool is beautiful- big enough to get a proper swim in which in my experience is rare, but the huge table under the canopied terrace off the kitchen was the place to be! The village bar is a 2 minute walk away and more restaurants a 15 minute walk. Can’t recommend enough, and can’t wait to return. Thank you Rocco and the wonderful house keepers for making our stay perfectly fabulous.

Soluzione ideale per apprezzare le vacanze in Salento. Francesco è stato sempre molto disponibile e preciso in tutte le fasi del soggiorno, dalla preparazione dell’arrivo alle informazioni su tutto quanto riguarda la casa e il meglio dei dintorni. L’appartamento è semplicemente il massimo che potevamo aspettarci per posizione sul mare, tranquillità, pulizia e dotazione. Unico problema è dover partire ma faremo di tutto per tornarci. Consigliatissimo.

We had an amazing stay at Francesca’s. We were in contact with Lukas who was extremely helpful, clear and friendly. At check in, Lukas met us and showed us around, he had many local recommendations for us. Throughout the stay he was super responsive and helpful. The first morning we woke up to fresh croissant and pasticciotti!! The house was beautiful, very spacious, full of light and extremely clean. There are many places to sit and many amenities like the pool, outside showers, hammocks and outside BBQ area. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you.

Geräumiges Haus mit riesigem Grundstück und schöner Aussicht in sehr ruhiger Lage. Durch die abendliche Beleuchtung bekommt das Grundstück eine besondere Atmosphäre. Wir waren selten in einem Haus/Apartment, welches so sauber war. Alle Kochutensilien sind vorhanden. Mattia und sein Vater Roberto sind äußerst hilfsbereite und herzliche Gastgeber, die umgehend auf alle Fragen reagiert haben und uns viele wertvolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

10 tolle Apriltage im Haus von Cecilia - zunächst windig-kühl, dann frühlingshaft warm, so dass wir auch im Meer baden konnten. In 10 min sind wunderschöne Strände per Auto erreichbar (Pescoluse), in 30 min ist man im malerischen Gallipoli, wo wir der Osterprozession beiwohnen konnten. Zu empfehlen ist das „Petra“ in Salignano, die Pasticceria Artisan in Morciano und das Cafereccio in Torre Vado. Die Wochenmärkte in den Dörfern lohnen sich ebenso wie Ausflüge nach Lecce und Wanderungen im Parco Naturale di Porto Selvaggio. Cecilias Haus hat alles, was man braucht: einen tollen Blick von der Terrasse, eine super ausgestattete Küche, moderne Bäder, eine schöne Wohnatmosphäre. Vielen Dank an Cecilia, sowie an Cosimo und Fernanda für den freundlichen check in/out. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Wonderful hosts very warm and friendly . Antonio and Claudio are a delight. Very comfortable house with magnificent gardens and great swimming pool. Any easy 20min drive to gorgeous Lecce and close by to lots of other parts of Salento. A magical oasis in which to relax between adventures! Handy restaurant next door at the Agritourismo.

Anna and Toni were very kind and caring hosts and when I had a problem with the car, even came out to pick me up from the village and nothing was too much trouble. On arrival there were all kinds of goodies waiting for me including coffee and a bottle of wine which I was not expecting! I had a very enjoyable time and my Italian improved no end after my weeks stay as they were great to chat to. I car is essential and there is plenty of parking at the property. Magnifique villa nichée au sommet d’une falaise surplombant l’adriatique. Si vous avez le courage s’ouvrir un œil au levé du soleil vous serez éblouis par ses magnifiques couleurs qui laissent apparaître les montagnes d’Albanie ! Les extérieurs sont soignés et entretenus avec goût, la piscine et simplement magique. L’accès à la plage, quoique sportif, est vraiment un plus dans cette région très fréquentée avec des plages de rochers. Tout est proposé pour vous y faire sentir à l’aise dès le seuil franchi! Nous recommandons cette location

Villa con piscina adatta a gruppi numerosi di amici; Mario è stato gentilissimo, la casa corrisponde in pieno alla descrizione, piscina perfetta. Consigliato.

Gorgeous property with amazing outdoor terraces and seating areas, which we enjoyed every night to socialise in. We never grew tired of the view over the pool to the sea. Federico (the local host) was incredibly attentive and helpful, providing recommendations for local festivals and events. Plentiful supply of hot water throughout the day and night. Really well-stocked kitchen for utensils and pots / pans, only thing we missed was some oven gloves (but maybe that's just a British thing!). Great outdoor cooking / dining area which we used for every breakfast / evening meal to soak in the view. Thoroughly recommend this property and this area of Italy. We did not want to leave or return home.

We had such a great time. As a party of 11 the villa felt spacious and had everything we needed. The pasta making class and dinner cooked at the villa provided by Daniela were brilliant and delicious! We would love to come back!

Ein kleines Paradies – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten das große Glück, in dieser wundervollen Unterkunft ein paar Tage verbringen zu dürfen – und was sollen wir sagen: Es war einfach traumhaft! Die grandiose Aussicht ist kaum in Worte zu fassen und hat uns jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet – man merkt in jedem Detail, mit wie viel Herz hier gearbeitet wurde. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an wohlfühlt. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der große Pool, der die Anlage zu einer kleinen Oase macht – perfekt zum Entspannen und Genießen. Was den Aufenthalt jedoch unvergesslich gemacht hat, war der unglaublich nette Vermieter. Selten haben wir einen Gastgeber erlebt, der mit so viel Herzlichkeit und Hingabe für seine Gäste da ist. Man fühlt sich willkommen und bestens betreut – einfach wunderbar! Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

An absolutely wonderful villa with a great view to the east and sunrise. Lots of space to sit and lounge and eat and spend time together with family and friends. A bit of a drive to the beach, but all very doable. Definitely in the return to list. Last but not least - Fausto is fab!

Absolutely fantastic, super clean private gated property. Beautiful pool and deck. Exceeded expectations. Plenty of room for our family of nine. Perfect location to visit southern Italy. Thirty minutes from either coast. Grounds manager was kind and helpful. Met us on arrival and went over property and amenities. Recommended a restaurant for our 1st night and helped us make reservations... even brought us a basket of apricots and bread. Incredible!!

Un séjour inoubliable ! La villa est magnifique, parfaitement équipée avec une piscine impressionnante et un court de tennis en excellent état. Toute la maison est climatisée, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable même en plein été. L’hôte a été exceptionnel : disponible, attentionné et de très bons conseils pour visiter la région. L’accueil était impeccable, chaleureux et professionnel. Le cadre est paisible, idéal pour se retrouver entre amis ou en famille. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous reviendrons sans hésitation. Un grand merci !

Devo proprio dire che abbiamo trovato una cortesia,gentilezza ,disponibilità da parte di Alessandro e Mauro ,padroni di casa accellenti ;mai capitato di trovare persone così, ci hanno fatto sentire in famiglia, hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta con un garbo ed educazione che non e da tutti , ci hanno coccolato con le vostre gradite sorpese che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo... possiamo solo dire che Alessandro è Mauro ci hanno regalato premure e il vero calore del Sud...semplicemente persone splendide. ..Grazie di Cuore e di tutto Compagnia dei cagnolini

Nieves is a truly lovely host who went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Her recommendations were invaluable and it was a genuine pleasure to meet her and her family. The house is beautiful with plenty of space, comfy bedrooms and everything you could possibly need. The large open terraces and pool surrounding the house make it a great place for socialising as a large group whilst enjoying the peace of its spectacular surroundings. It is easy to access and nearby the historic city of Lecce with all it has to offer including stunning baroque architecture and some great bars and restaurants. We will be back! Eine wirklich einwandfreie, wie auf den Fotos zu sehende Unterkunft. Super sauber und ordentlich! Wirklich ein tolles Haus zum Urlaub machen Francesco ist ein sehr zu vorkommender Gastgeber

We had a lovely stay at Villa Pethra Maris. The beautiful landscape and surroundings were incomparable! Lots of relaxation and games by the pool as we looked on to the gorgeous sea view(which you never get tired of). The hosts and owner were so responsive with all of our needs or any issues. The kids very much enjoyed the little house cat Petra-she seems to guard the place and makes the villa feel like home. The area has too many lovely places to visit -so we will just have to go back soon!😂.

Ci dispiace che la scala di gradimento arrivi solo a 5 stelle. Abbiamo trovato la villa ben curata sia esternamente che internamente. Ciò ha reso il nostro soggiorno memorabile. L'host è molto attento e solerte a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta dell'ultimo momento per incontrare le esigenze dei suoi ospiti. Ci ha anche coinvolti nelle scelte perché la villa fosse adatta alle nostre necessità. Abbiamo, infatti, selezionato questo alloggio per partecipare al matrimonio di nostro figlio visto che non viviamo a Tricase e il fotografo ha giudicato molti angoli della villa gradevoli e stimolanti per le foto allo sposo.

Also als aller erstes , Carlo und seine Eltern sind super freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen . Ja die Eltern wohnen auch auf dem Gelände aber sie stören nicht man bemerkt sie kaum . Es ist sehr privat . Das Haus ist zwar klein aber perfekt gestaltet und wirklich sehr sehr modern . Die Außenanlage ist wunderschön der Pool sehr gepflegt . Also ich empfehle dieses Haus wirklich weiter . Wir waren 11 Tage dort und ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen . Wir werden sicher Carlo wieder besuchen . Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt .

Gabriella's home is always a pleasure to visit. It was our second time visiting! The house is beautiful and the countryside so peaceful. Everything is in perfect condition. It has everything you might need to relax and reset. It is also incredibly spacious making it an ideal property for a group of people. I highly recommend it!

Antonino et sa famille ont été très gentils et très accueillants: nous nous sentions chez des amis ! Le logement était impeccable: très propre, très bien équipé et très grand pour notre famille de 5. Notre fille de 4 ans a adoré la piscine, le carré de sable et ramasser des œufs et cueillir des fruits. Que dire de l’emplacement, wow ! Nous avons adoré souper et déjeuner sur la terrasse avec la vue ! Nous recommandons vivement et nous reviendrions sans aucune hésitation.

Wir waren zu zweit mit unserem Hund in Fabrizios Haus. Es war ideal, großes vollständig umzäuntes Grundstück. Sehr schöner gepflegter Pool. Ausreichend Sonnenliegen und großer Schirm. Grillmöglichkeit. Nahe zu Meer und auch zu vielen anderen interessanten Ort. Fabrizio ist ein ganz reizender und zuvorkommender Gastgeber
