Holiday rentals with beach access in Gamla staden, Malmö

Great flat, easy public transport routes. Very clean and comfortable. Dorte was very helpful.

Not only is this apartment super comfortable, but we fell in love with the location in particular. It’s a few stops by metro from the airport, a few stops from the center of Copenhagen, and 15ish minutes walk to the beach. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Basically, we wanted to move here! The apartment has everything you need to sleep and cook comfortably. My kids were really happy to have comfy beds, high chairs, and toys. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Initially was torn between this place and another when booking this trip but so happy we chose Idas place. Absolutely stunning home that is incredibly close to city center and walkable to tons of fun places. Check in was seamless and Ida and Thomas were able to help get us in early which helped A TON after traveling all morning. Would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone traveling to Copenhagen that wants a very cool spot to stay.

Stayed here during my trip to Copenhagen and it was a great experience. The apartment was clean, quiet, and exactly as shown in the photos. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was quick and easy. Sofie was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout the stay. Really appreciated the clear instructions and helpful local tips. Location was excellent — close to public transport, cafes, and key spots around the city. The space had everything I needed: good Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, and a well-equipped kitchen. Felt like a home base after long days exploring. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Copenhagen and would stay here again.

Eva was incredibly nice, helpful and accommodating - we really felt welcome. The accommodation was very fresh and sparkling clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great - quiet area and very close to the beach. Extra plus for being dog-friendly and having comfortable beds. We would be glad to come back!

The place was very cozy and had everything we needed for a week’s trip. It was also extremely clean and it was easy to find things we needed. The speakers around the house are a great bonus :))

This is perfect for those who appreciate a quiet location and an unspoiled view of the sea. The house is ideally suited for 4 people who are traveling together because they also want to enliven the house together. We really enjoyed having breakfast in the morning with a view of the sea, resting in the afternoon with a view of the sea and drinking a red wine in the evening with a view of the sea.

Harald is so kind and responsive, and was super flexible with us and our specific travel needs re:checkin times. The place is beautiful and the area very lovely ❤️ overall, we all agreed we would love to come back!

This is a lovely spacious home with its own garden. It’s a half hour walk to the sea through some lovely parks. Andrea couldn’t have been more helpful. We started as a group of 4 but we grew to a group of 6 - Andrea was always so accommodating. I highly recommend this house. Don’t forget to go to the bathhouse to enjoy a sea swim & sauna!

We have been very good in accommodation, it has everything you need to spend a few days near Copenhagen, very good communication with the center and with supermarkets and places to dine very close by. The views are breathtaking and the little things to improve were communicated and talked to the owner, thank you for everything Morten!

Very nice, stylish and above all excellently maintained little house, equipped with everything you need. Håkan welcomed us in a very friendly way. We were completely satisfied and recommend the house and the host in good conscience.

Beautiful accommodation, lovingly furnished and fantastic location by the sea. Marianne and Oscar were very friendly, helpful and gave us recommendations for the area. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would come back anytime, thank you!

We enjoyed the days in the house. It is a quiet neighborhood, the beach was within walking distance. The bus made it easy to get into town. You could also stay well in the house itself, as it was very cozy. We were greeted with a small guest gift with Swedish chips, beer and apple cider. Thank you! 🤩 We enjoyed the days in Malmö!

We needed a last minute place to stay due to some last minute changes to our schedule and started searching for homes. I feel like we found the most beautiful needle in a haystack just 24 hours before our trip! The house was perfect for our needs and was able to accommodate all of us in a way we could all truly be comfortable and feel like we were home. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, lovely outside area and just down the street from the most wonderful bakery and beach! We'll be back if Anna will have us. :o)

A perfect stay – even better than expected! We spent 5 wonderful days in Jeannette’s beautiful apartment and truly didn’t want to leave. The place is exactly like the photos – if not even better! Impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed in cozy Scandinavian style, and fully equipped with everything you might need. You can tell a lot of love and care went into every detail. The location is perfect for exploring the south of Sweden – easy drives to Ystad, Trelleborg, Malmö, Lund and more. Plus, it’s just a short walk to both the beach and a nearby golf course – ideal for relaxed mornings and sunset strolls. It’s also very dog-friendly, which we appreciated a lot. One small note for fellow dog owners: the apartment is accessed via grating stairs. Jeannette informed us about this in advance (thank you!), and we were happy to carry our furry friend when needed. All in all, a truly wonderful place and a lovely host – highly recommended!

We stayed for a month and the apartment was perfect for our needs. It is light and bright with beautiful views from both balconies. I especially liked the location because it was within walking distance to Fisketorvet, a nice shopping spot with a couple of grocery stores, restaurants and shops, as well as a short walk to both the metro and the harbor bus. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend staying at Toke’s place and will stay there again the next time I’m in Copenhagen.

An exceptional place to stay in Copenhagen. Most places are walkable but it also on some key bus routes and is handy to the public ferry. The apartment itself is a lovely space, with excellent amenities and well provisioned. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Jakob is very personable and welcomed us personally. We immediately felt comfortable in the beautifully furnished apartment. We were allowed to use the garden at any time. By S-Bahn train, you can reach the city center quickly and Hellerup train station is very close. We thank Jakob and Les for their hospitality and wish them all the best.

Beautiful apartment in fantastic central location near Subway and bus services. Spacious and clean and very homely. Our host Mads was fantastic - friendly and responsive. Meeting Mads on arrival was great as we had a personal tour of the apartment and great restaurant recommendations. On arrival milk in fridge with butter and all herbs and spices for cooking. All in all an excellent stay.

Great location, close to lovely shops and cafes. Lasse gave us really clear instructions. Airbnb is on the top floor (stairs only) but not a problem for us. Shower room was small but we had no issues with that as well. Lovely and recommend !

The location of Ulrik and Luna's apartment was perfectly located, near the metro, the water and nice restaurants. The apartment was super neat and everything was available, we felt completely at home and was very cozy decorated. The communication went very smoothly and the apartment was very easy to find. We would book again in a minute!

Maria was a great host, responded quickly to messages and always helped with everything. I fell in love with the apartment right at the entrance. Everything was clean, ready and even more beautiful than in the photos. A very beautiful apartment that was very difficult to leave. When I return to Copenhagen, I hope it will be here.
