Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gamla staden, Malmö

Beautiful, clean and cosy house in peaceful surroundings. Easy access to the station with direct and frequent trains to the centre of Copenhagen. Local, well-stocked supermarket less than a 10 minute walk. Highly recommend staying in this lovely home.

We spent a few days for NYE at Bibi's amazing cottage by the beach. Our dog loved the surrounding, perfect for relaxing long walks. We loved the very comfortable bed, with a huge tv to enjoy and cozy fireplace by the couch to unwind on. Here you can find everything you need (washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, smart tv, great wifi,...) while relaxing in this charming cottage, just a drive away from many interesting location/villages. The hosts were always available to answer any questions we had, and they provided a lot of details and suggestions about the house and surroundings. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

This is perfect for those who appreciate a quiet location and an unspoiled view of the sea. The house is ideally suited for 4 people who are traveling together because they also want to enliven the house together. We really enjoyed having breakfast in the morning with a view of the sea, resting in the afternoon with a view of the sea and drinking a red wine in the evening with a view of the sea.

We enjoyed 3 good days at Pål. The place is nice and clean - I would definitely come back. Recommendation from here :-)

Our stay went very well. The neighborhood is very quiet. The seaside is a 3 min bike ride through the Flommen golf course. All nearby bike paths to get to Falsterbo and especially Skanör in 15 min. The house is super bright, very pleasant to stay in. Perfect.

The accommodation is in a beautiful area, just a few minutes' walk to a very nice white sandy beach. There are numerous restaurants and a supermarket in the village. Höllviken is a good starting point for trips to Falsterbo, Malmö, Lund and many other places. Bertil is a friendly host who was always available and responded to our wishes. He also arranged a baby bed and baby chair - that was great. The accommodation offers many cupboards to store your luggage well. The bed and sofa bed with extra mattress are very comfortable. The kitchen was small, but had everything you need and was very well equipped. We were happy to use the terrace. The big table was great. The bathroom had a large shower and even a washing machine.

Absolutely beautiful home! If you are looking for a peaceful getaway tucked between horse farms and nestled next to a pond this is the place. Our family enjoyed this space so much, it’s like a breath of fresh air!

Dear Karin, We had a great time. A house to relax and unwind. This is the most beautiful stay, so far, that we had. Spacious, everything present, quiet, a lovely garden, and a fantastic host. Poul and Dia’s lovely property is a real gem of a find amongst the listings for Copenhagen. Dia met us well into the evening as our flight had been a bit delayed and showed us around the property, explaining various things. The apartment is actually normally lived in by Poul and Dia, so it was a real privilege to be “loaned” the use for our long weekend. Beautiful bright decoration in an airy string of rooms, famed Danish lighting and walls adorned with artwork all add to the comfortable furniture throughout. This provides a real flavour of living a life in the city which is worth the choice alone but the family’s beautiful Royal Copenhagen china tops it off. Outside the apartment is set at the edge of a lovely square with plenty of eateries providing a great atmosphere throughout the day and set in the old city, all of the attractions are a short walk away. Any couple looking for the perfect listing to rent in Copenhagen shouldn’t look much further than Poul and Dia’s apartment.

Comfortable, very pleasant, quiet rental in a typical house. The rooms are spacious. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Proximity to public transport. Bakery and convenience store 150 meters away.

Located in a quite newly built neighborhood, steps away from the seaside. Spacious bathroom but would be nicer if a bath mat and hair dryer were provided. A bit further from town center so better drive on your own. Otherwise all good.

This apartment was really comfortable for us during our 4 nights stay. Asger was a great host and everything went smooth. I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay at Anna's very much. It was the perfect place to wait out the more uncomfortable part of the Malmö winter weather and get back to for warming up after braving the cold and the wind.

The home was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The view was beautiful of the colorful buildings across the canal. The location was easily accessible to lots of museums and restaurants. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Anne Marie was a lovely host, her apartment is beautiful and in a perfect location to explore Copenhagen. Very quiet but still in the city center. She and her husband are incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Awesome apartment, just less than a quarter barefoot from the airport! Neighborhood is also calm, quiet and friendly. Last but not least, Alex is a great host. All the instructions were quite clear and easy. Definitely recommend staying there.

We had a lovely week at Natalie’s beautiful home. House was perfect for an adult only or family with kids stay. Lots id toys to keep kids engaged. Playground and bus stop a couple of minutes walk, supermarket and harbour, with beautiful beach and buzzy restaurants, a very short drive. Lovely, responsive and friendly hosts. Would highly recommend😊

We did beautiful bicycle tours. Small hikes in the nature reserve. Trips to Malmö and Landskrona. We especially enjoyed the large beautifully maintained garden. We were able to relax here. A small drawback is the basic noise of the nearby highway, but after some time you got used to it. Overall, we enjoyed the wooden villa very much

Probably the most wonderful hosts we have come across on Air BnB yet. Kim and Lone were absolutely fantastic to deal with. The house was clean, beautiful and well maintained. Free parking is available as the premises so getting to the central was just 20 mins by car. The house has all the kitchen equipment you possibly need and Kim and Lone have been extremely flexible in allowing us to check in a few hours early as we had an early flight. I not just met the most wonderful hosts but have made friends for life. We will visit this property again and will highly recommend this place to those planning to stay around copenhagen.

We stayed in this beautiful house for Easter weekend and had a wonderful time. It is super convenient for walks in the National Park, close to a well-stocked supermarket and a fantastic restaurant which we went to in order to celebrate my husband's birthday. Everything was just as described, the kitchen well stocked with what we needed to cook and the beds comfortable. We couldn't have asked for more!

The Blue House was a great for 7 adults and a 6 year old. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space for everyone. We enjoyed sunny mornings on the deck looking at the sea, beach combing, and relaxing in the sauna. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. Photos of the living areas did not do them justice. Kitchen had all the necessities for cooking family meals and baking. We appreciated the communication and a late checkout was really helpful. We would return.

We rented the house for us and our family during our wedding in Copenhagen. The house was one of the best experiences and made our holiday very memorable. Enough space for a big family, a lot of beautiful spots to chill out and perfect location for someone who wants peace and enjoy themselves. Thank you very much Casper and Anna!
