There is a fully equipped kitchen with room for 4 people at the dining table and its own laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The bedroom has a queen-size double bed as well as comfortable sofa-bed for 2 sleeping. You park a car, truck or car with a trailer right outside the door, you need to be able to charge the electric car to arrange!

The bus that goes 1 min away from the house takes you into the pedestrian street in Malmö in 20 min (straight distance). The bus that goes to Lund takes 25-30 minutes (straight distance). In few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we take care of each square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

At Öresund

Now you have the chance to relax and enjoy a fantastic location just 25 meters from the beach. You get a stunning 180-degree view of Öresund, Ven and Denmark. Skåneleden passes outside the window and leads to restaurants, swimming, golf course and Landskrona city center. You will stay in a nice newly renovated room with a small kitchen and private bathroom. In the room, there is a comfortable double bed and, if necessary, access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel bed for a smaller child.

Welcome to us in the middle of picturesque Limhamn, a quiet area right by the sea. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. Buses run frequently and will take you everywhere in under 15 minutes. The guest house has everything you need for your stay, a 32-inch TV with Chromecast, fast Wi-Fi, kitchenette, shower and bathroom. Malmö is a perfect bike city and we have two bikes you can borrow to explore the city. If you come by car, there is street parking outside. Welcome to us!

A complete guesthouse just for you. Here you will find your very own sauna, a big bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchen complete with stove and fridge/freezer and a loft with a king size double bed. The couch folds out to a queen size bed. The guest house is right next to our main house but has its very own patio for some privacy. Parking is easy accessible and is is of course included. We are usually close by if you have any questions or want tips regarding the surroundings.

You are not far from the action with mere 6 minutes to the central station by buss (buss 5 & 8 stop just behind the building), less than 5 mins walking to the ocean, options of public parking in front of the building and a grocery store 3 min away. Don't forget to enjoy the sun from the balcony :)
