Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Gamla staden, Malmö

I enjoyed the 5 nights in this beautiful small apartment. It is nicely designed with taste and all the space is well organized. The shower-toilet is also fun to use. My only issue is the noise from the road during sleep, as I am very sensitive to sounds. So please bring earplugs if you are a light-sleeper. I still strongly recommend staying at Viktoria's house, which has easy access to public transport!

We stayed at Laerke’s place for the Copenhagen marathon - it was perfect for us. Location was super convenient, and the apartment had everything we needed for it to feel like home for a few days. Would definitely recommend!

Flott og stor leilighet i 5. etasje med god utsikt over søerne og en koselig og solrik balkong som peker mot bakgården. Alt var rent og pent, og Mette er en raus og hjelpsom vert.

Superfijn appartement in een erg leuke wijk van Kopenhagen, kalm maar levendig en alles wat je nodig hebt in de buurt, bakkers, supermarkt, metro, etc. Met de metro is het twee haltes naar het centrum (Kongens Nytorv), vanaf waar alles goed te bereiken is. Het appartement is fijn ingedeeld, met een fijn 2 persoonsbed, een slaapbank en een kinderhoogslaper, hier kan heel prima in geslapen worden maar voor twee personen toch een beetje krap… Verder is alles wat betreft keukenbenodigdheden aanwezig en wijst alles zichzelf. Met de eigenaar ook superfijne communicatie gehad, hij reageerde snel en behulpzaam en altijd aardig! Al met al een topappartement in een superfijne omgeving!

Had a very nice time staying at Karen-Helene's flat. Only the weather failed to cooperate. But the visit was a great introduction to Copenhagen. Much enjoyed..

Très bon échange avec Talita, disponible et rapide à répondre aux messages. Ces informations étaient claires et utiles nous avons aucune difficulté à trouver les clés et l’appartement. L’appartement est magnifique il est idéal pour 4 et était très propre et disposé de tout ce que nous avons besoins, il est idéalement placé pour découvrir Copenhague à deux pas de la gare centrale, des restaurants et lieux à découvrir. Très belle expérience 👍 Je recommande +++

Emilie was the perfect host. although we didn't meet in person, she made sure I was well informed on how to get to the apartment, other places, and how things worked around there. Quite responsive. ✔️ The apartment was small but cozy, clean and nicely decorated. Made me feel right at home! Tall people be aware that the bathroom is rather small. The apartment is easy to get to from the Metro station and around many places to eat at. I'd stay at Emilie's again if I get to visit CPH one more time. :)

The friendliest host I have ever met. Beyond any expectations, made her best effort to make us feel at home and to make our stay unforgettable. The place was very cozy, clean and with personality, getting to the city centre was a breeze too, even though the distance might seem a bit too much for some. I hope to stay here again on my next visit to Copenhagen and I hope to meet Karen again no matter the occasion. All of our best wishes to Karen, Thank you a thousand times :)

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad met onze kinderen van 2 en 3 jaar. Het huis is heel ruimtelijk en op loopafstand van bushaltes en de metro. Het is er erg rustig en fijn om bij te komen van een dagje drukte van het centrum. Bedankt!

Amazing home, quiet, spacious and very clean, Lars greeted us warmly with some welcome wine and drinks and was extremely helpful explaining everything to us. The house has everything you may need and more, like instant sparkling water even. Anything you may need to prepare a meal is available. Oled TV is a plus. Fresh air at this neighborhood and very safe. Spacious 4 bedrooms, the house is perfect for a mid to large family, I will definitely try to book the same house for our family again next year. Very impressed and greatful to Lars for his warm hospitality.

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft in einer schönen Umgebung, nahe dem Strand. Ein großartiger Strand. Wir werden wieder kommen. :)

We had a wonderful stay at Ruths home. A cozy hygge place, perfect for a family with kids. Ruth was very nice with us, including early checkin, late checkout, and a nice flower bouquet and wine and even pasta for the kids when we arrived! The place is full of lovely details. Many thanks dear Ruth!

Vi var seks jenter på helgetur til København og dette stedet passet oss veldig godt, det var romslig og deilige senger. Huset var helt nydelig, praktisk med to bad og et stort kjøkken. Enkelt med både innsjekking og utsjekking.

Radhus i fina Klagshamn som ligger på perfekt avstånd mellan Malmö och Skanör/Falsterbo så kort bilresa för både stad och strand. Enkel och gratis parkering på baksidan av radhuset på gemensam parkeringsplats för området. Josefine är mycket serviceinriktad och svarade snabbt på frågor både innan och under vistelsen. Fin baksida med både sittgrupp och matgrupp och morgonsol. Finns även sittgrupp på framsidan av huset med kvällssol men där satt vi aldrig för det var inte lika avskilt och privat som baksidan. Det jag saknade under vistelsen var en grill. Tv:n har inte linjär tv men några streamingtjänster är tillgängliga men vi tog med vår egen AppleTV och kunde koppla in för att få ett större utbud. En kort promenad från radhuset finns en badplats i ett gammalt vattenfyllt kalkbrott med brygga och hopptorn som är perfekt för morgonbad. Klagshamn är ett mysigt samhälle strax utanför Malmö, lugnt och tryggt. Ingen större matbutik i samhället så vi åkte alltid bil för att handla mat.

Mooi ruim huis in rustige woonwijk. Super ligging t.o.v. stadscentrum, vliegveld en strand. Supermarkt om de hoek. Je hebt echt het gevoel dat je bij een jong gezin in huis komt. Echt sfeervol, kleurrijk, kunst en heel veel spulletjes, gezellig: Een Villa Kakelbont! Grote natuurtuin en leuke, kleine veranda om buiten te zitten. Hier en daar kan het wat onderhoud gebruiken, maar dit past ook wel weer bij het type huis 😉. Op mijn vraag mbt de parkeervergunning, gelijk een reactie van Rasmus op de mail terug, heel fijn! Kortom het huis was ideaal voor ons aangezien het veel slaapkamers had.

This was just what we were looking for - a comfortable and peaceful apartment, really close to the central station and within walking distance of lots of interesting parts of the city. It was lovely to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunshine! The host was very welcoming and responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Copenhagen.

The apartment was truly beautiful. It’s not a typical Airbnb or hotel-like listing, but a real home. Thoughtful touches, simple décor, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need. If you're not a fan of stairs, reaching the 5th floor might be a bit challenging, but I suppose that's common in many Copenhagen apartments. The location is excellent, right next to the central station with easy access to everywhere you’d want to go. Vesterbro is a lovely neighborhood, full of great food options, bars, parks, and playgrounds. Jens and Rebekka were wonderful hosts and responded quickly whenever we needed anything. We would definitely stay in the same apartment again when visiting Copenhagen!

Die Wohnung von Leo war sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt für unser Wanderevent, man geht 5 Minuten zur S-Bahn und 10 Minuten zu Start. Um die Ecke ist gleich eine Einkaufsmeile mit Cafés und Restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay here and can’t recommend Sam and Dana’s home enough! It was impeccably clean, the beds were super comfy and the place felt comfortable. Getting into the place was really easy and Dana was really responsive. While the town is situation just outside of main city, Copenhagen, the transport system is amazing and very easily navigable. It only takes you less than 15 minutes on a bus or Metro. Close to grocery shops, cafes and restaurants. Such a fab time - thank you Dana and Sam for having us

Amira’s apartment was absolutely gorgeous. Great design and lovely furniture. We really enjoyed the small balcony by the kitchen. The apartment is in a peaceful part of town but you can walk to many restaurants, cafes, shops, and the metro.

We had a fantastic stay at Adrian’s beautiful apartment in the charming Nansensgade neighborhood. The 2,000 sq ft space is incredibly spacious, tastefully decorated, and offers great comfort with a large kitchen and two modern bathrooms. Despite being right in the city center, it’s wonderfully quiet—perfect for relaxing. A 365 supermarket is just around the corner, and everything is within walking distance. Adrian is a very kind and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Freja’s apartment was a great place to stay for our trip to a rainy Copenhagen! The facilities were amazing and clearly loved as it is her own apartment. She even offered to us some of her home grown strawberries and rhubarb! It was super close to the metro and surrounding restaurants but in a quiet area at the same time which was lovely. Couldn’t fault it! I would be glad to stay again. Thanks so much Freja!
