We really liked the comfort and accessibility, the sea views and the direct access to the beach. The apartment is very comfortable, with a fairly large terrace. We extended for one more night, as we were very comfortable. The host was very attentive during the stay, and also offered us very clear instructions for the arrival.

The ratings speak for themselves. Our stay in Javi's apartment could not have been better, as described. A very quiet area. The whole apartment is impeccable, with EVERYTHING you need. Also, Javi's service was 10/10, everything was very well explained and he was attentive to make sure we were well. He recommended many leisure areas around and restaurants, he gave us a lot of ease with the directions to get to and enter the apartment. Hopefully we can repeat, thank you so much for everything.

The most amazing vacation so far. Recommendations to everyone 10/10. Carmen made our stay unforgettable. Amazing view, hand touching sea. A lot of nice restaurant all over around. The accommodation is faithful to the description and photos, we had all the amenities to spend a few days without missing anything. Perfect beach location and great views from the terrace. M. Beautiful spacious apartment with massive tarace with view on the beach and the sea. We were very warmly welcomed and we even got oranges from Cristina's garden. We loved every minute of the stay at Cristina's beautiful apartment.

We are very happy that we chose accommodation from Sonia. The apartment is located on the first floor in a quiet location, overlooking the countryside and mountains, with parking directly at the house. Possibility of using common pools with slides and a bar. The beach, restaurant and shop are within walking distance. I assumed that the apartment would be equipped as described, but the reality literally exceeded my expectations. The apartment was perfect, it had absolutely everything. Basically, everything you have at home and maybe even things you don't have at home :) The apartment has its charm, its soul and thanks to many decorations it is also very cozy. You really feel that someone has just entrusted you with their home so that you can spend your holiday there. In addition, the owner is always on the phone ready to advise and help you at any time, hats off :) Thank you again and we recommend it to others!

Beautiful penthouse, with all the amenities, the only thing to improve is the bed below that is very uncomfortable but there were 4 of us and we had another single bed and the sofa, otherwise it is highly recommended, we will return

Alvaro is a great host, very responsive 😁 His apartment on the 6th floor is superb and ideally located with sea views. Ideal for two, it has all the necessary equipment. The residence has a swimming pool and shower for when you return from the beach. In June, we had no difficulty parking on the street. There is a very convenient supermarket opposite. I will book again with great pleasure.

Thanks to Antonio for this listing! He welcomed us on our arrival and explained everything clearly. The beach is 100 meters away, you only have to cross the dune. The water is warm, and it's easy to find space to fit your parasol. The pool is very large, and not very busy, it's very pleasant after a day at the beach. The residence is very well maintained, clean and quiet. The accommodation is well-equipped, clean and functional. Air conditioning is a plus for a month of August in Oliva. Parking and the adjoining room are also welcome to park the car and store beach gear. We had a great time, and recommend this rental!

Excellent place, recommended for a couple, very comfortable. The best thing is the views of the sea and the city of Altea. You need a car if you want to go shopping and get around. Beautiful beaches to walk to from the property.

100% recommended, the location is perfect because it is a quiet area but very close to the most beautiful coves in the area and the village is relatively close by car. The apartment is as it appears in the photos and both Maribel and Raul have been very attentive to making the stay a 10!

Thank you very much, Clotilde, for a wonderful stay and your great hospitality. We arrived a little late and were greeted with a large fruit basket. The apartment was perfect, and contains everything you need for a successful holiday. The terrace with the beautiful view is absolutely beautiful and is a nice place to drink your morning coffee. Right below the apartment there is a nice beach promenade that takes you into the city. Altea has many good restaurants and the old town is really charming. On the last day, we had a late return flight to Norway and were able to borrow the apartment for free for a few extra hours. I'd love to come back to Clotilde's cozy apartment.

The apartment is in a great area near the beach and harbor, with many dining options. We went in a time of little tourism so it was not difficult to park but in high season it may be very crowded. Total continuous contact with Jose Luis for any aspect and signature of contract showing total legality. The flat is old but with everything necessary for a family. They are vacation areas where prices are rising a lot.

The stay was fantastic, so much so that it's a shame to leave. My son had an unforgettable time and the adults too hehehe.

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

What a hidden gem! A lovely villa in a peaceful location within walking distance of the beaches and restaurants. We loved the swimming pool, villa and our yoga session on the terrace. Andrés and the family were very friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed for the week. Thank you so much for having us, we had a fantastic holiday!

Really enjoyed the whole accommodation both indoor and outdoor with everything catered for. The whole complex is very well maintained and the pool was lovely. The beach is immediately accessible from the pool area and was never crowded and had safe bathing. Good choice of local restaurants and a use Spar supermarket only 200 metres away.

Very comfortable apartment for 8 people. If 2 people want to sleep on the couch, 10 could also stay there for a short time. 2 toilets and bathroom. Barbecue and washing machine available. In addition, the excellent location: sea view, but it is less than 5 minutes from the apartment door to the sea, and only because the beach is so big. The 12th floor allows a fantastic view, we mostly walked the stairs, was no problem. Gandi: Perfectly maintained beach, restaurants everywhere with reasonable prices, the old town is also beautiful and public transport is sufficient (car is still recommended for longer distances).

This apartment really is a very good place to stay. I cant say something bad about it. Everything about this wen smooth except for the entrance in the apartment that you have to type the code every time. for us it was definitely a 5 star stay.

Wow! This apartment is truly stunning! it is lovely on the photos but even better in real life. The moment we arrived I knew we were going to enjoy a brilliant week in Albir. Corrine is a super host and her attention to detail in the apartment is second to none, everything you could need has been thought of and provided. The apartment is stylish, spacious and everything is of the highest quality. We loved using the terrace, which is a sun trap during the day and also enjoyed using the pool located a short walk out the main entrance. All the shops, bars and restaurants are located within easy distance and the beach is round the corner too. We used the bus service ( number 10) on the main road to go both ways, one day to Benidorm and one day to Altea. There is also a brilliant supermarket 5 mins walk from the apartment. You will not find a better apartment than this and we are already looking forward to returning soon. Thank You so much Corrine for letting us stay in your wonderful home!

The special thing about the apartment is that it really gives you the impression of being at home, probably because it is also a home away from the owner. We felt very comfortable. Crockery and cutlery were even thought of for our child. Everything you needed was there and was sparkling clean. Thank you!

The apartment was exactly as described. It had everything you would need. Good WiFi and TV system with lots of channels. The kitchen was well fitted out with everything you would need for cooking. The pool was just a few meters from the patio. As it was early April, we had the pool to ourselves. I would have no fault with this apartment. Marian responded promptly to all of our emails. I would highly recommend it.
