House on the Ourme: 3 bedrooms and table d'hôtes

The house on the Ourme is a guest house (possibility of table d'hôtes by reservation before your arrival) where the living is good. Located in the middle of the mountains, 40 minutes from the center of Grenoble, quiet and green. This house is my primary residence. Homemade breakfast (breads, brioches, jams) is included. This listing is for the rental of 3 bedrooms, 2 with private bathrooms, the third with the shower to share with the other occupants of the house.

Between lake and mountain, a peaceful place with a jacuzzi and an exceptional 180° view! Your spacious room has a 160 cm bed, a TV, and a desk. The bathroom and separate toilet are on the same floor, which is dedicated to you. Linens provided. On the ground floor, breakfast (+ €10/person) is served on the particularly pleasant veranda or on the terrace. In the evening, you can have shared access to the kitchen, the living room with TV and fireplace, and the terrace.

Au Balcon de l'Obiou its Bed and Breakfast

Our house, located in a green setting, at the foot of hiking trails and very close to the Route Napoléon, will seduce you for a stopover during your vacation or for a weekend in the mountains. The view of Lake Sautet or of its Majesty Obiou will leave you with a very good memory. You can also taste the dishes offered at the table d'hôte if you let us know a little in advance. A closed garage is available for bikes or motorcycles.

Située en bordure de forêt, notre chambre d hôte comprend un lit, un espace de rangement, un coin café, tisane et une salle d'eau attenante. En rez de chaussée de notre maison d'habitation, vous aurez une tranquillité absolue. Si vous le souhaitez, vous pourrez accéder à une caravane vintage équipée d'une kitchenette et d un espace repas. Vous pourrez aussi manger dehors sous les étoiles ou vous prélasser à l'ombre des chênes.

Une salle de douches extérieure sur la terrasse.! en hiver la chambre peut être remplacée par le gîte si disponible pour un meilleur confort

Spacious and warm 18 m2 wood and parquet bedroom with a queen size bed, Dunlopillo. You have a private bathroom and individual toilet; central heating, double glazing, Wi-Fi connection, 100 cm TV. Hangers and shelves. Bedding, towels and toiletries are provided. Breakfasts included (hot drinks, fresh bread, butter, jams, fruit, yogurt, juice, sweets).

Thérèse and Thierry welcome you to their Chalet in Clarée located at the foot of the cross-country ski slopes, and our beautiful roads of the Alps. Welcome to all bikers, we ourselves are bikers, we provide you with a shelter and small equipment for the quick maintenance of your machines. After a good night's rest, you can safely hit the road again.

The "Le Sulit" gîte is a 3-star 135 m² duplex located in the rear part of our old farmhouse. Our farm is located in the hamlet of Les Richards with a dominant position and a superb panorama of the valley. From the house, enjoy walks, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing and relaxing moments in the garden on the deckchairs or garden furniture.
