Located on a secure property with your private entrance. It guarantees peace and quiet. Ideally located just an 8-minute walk from the city center of Uzes, it is also less than a two-minute walk from all amenities: Bakery, shops, bank and pharmacy. The pool is shared with the owners. Formerly a newly renovated priory, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of parkland and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Great place to recharge your batteries, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.

The cottage is located in a small typical Gard village around Uzès. Beautiful stone village, on a hill, built around its church. On the heights of the village, just behind the cottage, you will have a beautiful view of the Cévennes for the sunset from the 11th century chapel. The building is part of a larger complex, an old sheepfold, the sheepfold of Cassagne, named after the last shepherd of the property.
