In our separate farmhouse parlor you can enjoy your breakfast (photo dining area) - does not belong to the apartment! But it's in the same house. Of course, the apartment is lockable. Alle kamers zijn recent vernieuwd. De kamers zijn voorzien van een douche, toilet, WiFi, tv en tweepersoons bedden, bij meer persoons kamers een extra bed of slaapbank. Alle kamers hebben een Balkon met een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Wij hebben in de kelder een huisbar waar U in de middag/avond lekker van een biertje/cocktail of andere drankje kunnen genieten. S' morgens is het ontbijt inclusief en kunnen jullie genieten van een ontbijtbuffet. Geen uitgebreide luxe, maar veel gezelligheid!

You will stay in an old hostel house in Haidhausen. In the immediate vicinity there are many bars, cafes and nice little shops. House and garden are an oasis of tranquility. Tram, U-Bahn and S-Bahn are less than a 5-minute walk away and you can walk comfortably to Marienplatz in 15 minutes. The room is located on the second floor and has its own toilet and sink. We share the bathroom with tub and shower. For family & friends there is a second room. PLEASE SAY HI TO THE NEIGHBORS!

Auerberghaus Bed & Breakfast #Blue with balcony

The BLUE ROOM with balcony and lake view is one of 4 double rooms with its own bathroom, which is located on the 2nd floor of the Auerberghaus. Included in the price is a rich breakfast. There is a lounge and a shared kitchen with a huge covered balcony. The house surrounds a beautiful garden with a small pond, which is available to guests by arrangement for quiet use. Dogs only by prior arrangement. In addition, there is an apartment for 6 - 8 people on the top floor.

Vacation home "Platzhirsch"

Klais liegt auf ca. 940 mtr über NN. Im Jahr 2015 und in 2022 fand hier der G7 / Gipfel, u.a. mit Barak Obama, statt. Ein Ort um Sommer, sowie auch den Winter zu verbringen. Wandern, Mountain Bike fahren, Motorrad Touren, sowie im Winter Langlauf und natürlich auch klassich Ski fahren ist möglich in und um Klais. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald und Seefeld erreicht man zw. 10 und 20 Minuten. Alle Bus - und Bahnfahrten sind kostenfrei mit der Gästekarte.

Enjoy wonderful days in our family guesthouse, which is run by Heidi and Elisabeth in the second and third generation. The house is located on a quiet and central one-way street, approx. 5 minutes' walk from the train station and Zugspitzbahnhof. The two centers of Garmisch-Partenkirchen are within 10 minutes' walk as well as Irish Pub, Sausalitos, ice cream parlor, Greek, Vietnamese, Italian and Bavarian restaurants. Mountain views are guaranteed.

You will have a room in a typical bavarian house. The house is at the end of a dead end. It´s very calm over there. The bed is 200 x 140 cm. If there is a second guest, I will charge an other 20.—Euro. There are 3 dogs in the house, so you shouldn´t be afraid of dogs or being allergic. They are used to other dogs. To Ammersee you have about 500 meters. If you want to visit Munic. It´s a 1 hour ride by train, or about 45 minutes by car.

Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants from this charming place to stay. The Axamer Lizum Olympic ski resort, the Götzner and Muttereralm cable cars, mini-golf, tennis court, Lake Natter and numerous hiking trails invite you. The bus stops with connections to Innsbruck and the Axamer Lizum ski resort (travel time 20 minutes each) are in the immediate vicinity (2-minute walk). Innsbruck Airport is 5 km away.

Zugspitz Apartment - by Gästehaus Buchwieser

Our charming, traditional and family-run guest house is within walking distance of the train station, Zugspitz train station, ice stadium and the pedestrian zone of Garmisch. The apartment has a double and a single bed with a small kitchenette, minibar, TV, WiFi, private bathroom/shower/toilet and a balcony. (2nd floor) Unfortunately, we will no longer offer breakfast starting in 2025.

There are 36 m² available to you. The suite is housed in a former hunting lodge in the Tyrolean Zugspitze Arena. From the castle you have an amazing view of the Zugspitze massif.

Comfort Double Room with Terrace and breakfast

Our great new room with a big terrace offers you a big queen size bed and a sleeping sofa for a third person. Breakfast is included and in summer you can use our pool and our hammocks on the backside of our house. Right outside your room you can find a little kitchen with a water boiler, microwave and fridge. Wifi and cable TV is included.
