The lovingly furnished room is located in a charming townhouse from the middle of the 19th century. century, just outside Munich. Restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity. In the house there is a small gallery, photo studio, a music room with a grand piano as well as a balcony and courtyard. On request, we offer guided mountain bike tours and hikes to the foothills of the Alps and the Alps. The S-Bahn to Munich is a less than 5-minute walk away.

Vacation home "Platzhirsch"

Klais liegt auf ca. 940 mtr über NN. Im Jahr 2015 und in 2022 fand hier der G7 / Gipfel, u.a. mit Barak Obama, statt. Ein Ort um Sommer, sowie auch den Winter zu verbringen. Wandern, Mountain Bike fahren, Motorrad Touren, sowie im Winter Langlauf und natürlich auch klassich Ski fahren ist möglich in und um Klais. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald und Seefeld erreicht man zw. 10 und 20 Minuten. Alle Bus - und Bahnfahrten sind kostenfrei mit der Gästekarte.

Enjoy wonderful days in our family guesthouse, which is run by Heidi and Elisabeth in the second and third generation. The house is located on a quiet and central one-way street, approx. 5 minutes' walk from the train station and Zugspitzbahnhof. The two centers of Garmisch-Partenkirchen are within 10 minutes' walk as well as Irish Pub, Sausalitos, ice cream parlor, Greek, Vietnamese, Italian and Bavarian restaurants. (2nd floor) Unfortunately, we will no longer offer breakfast starting in 2025.

Hello, here on our farm you will find family rooms with up to 6 beds and an external bathroom but also 2- and 3-bed rooms with a bathroom in the room. Upon request, we'll also prepare a breakfast. However, since we are still very much involved in agriculture, this is not always possible at all times. Feel free to rent as a group here and ask for more catering options.
