Thanks for a great stay. The location and setting is fantastic, kids loved seeing the horses. Lovely and warm, and very comfy beds. Will be back next year!

Loved every minute of our holiday stay. What a beautiful house perfect for our family. Great for our young children and really well equipped. Will definitely be returning. So grateful to Kerry for being such an amazing host made the last leg of our travel experience and such a long journey well worth it.

Gosh it was such an incredible stay that I don't know what to begin. If I could give it a hundred stars, I would. Let's start with my soft spot first: being hosted by the world's fluffliest, friendliest most adorable little cat. She came to check in on us shortly after we arrived and gave us the most welcoming tour around the house, all the whilst meowing cutely and rubbing against our legs. She also cuddled right up to me and leaned against my legs whenever I reached down to pet her! We are completely in love with this furbaby (who came against bright and early next morning to see us off, btw, and also tried to block us from leaving!) by the time we left. The accomodation itself is amazing. No words could describe it. It is beautiful, unique, and the bathroom is GORGEOUS. I could feel the love and pride Joanne has in setting up thi cozy place for her guests. I love how the living room felt closer to a museum with its unique decorations. I also loved the cozy bed and the heating! <3

Ohhhh what a glorious spot! So peaceful and idillic for a relaxed county retreat. We swam in the dam, caught fish, bought along our telescope for star-gazing, played board games, slept in the sun under a tree in the yard, popped into Nundle for a bit of retail therapy and bought back a delicious homemade blackberry pie. The house is so charming, with gorgeous original features, but also a beautifully renovated bathroom and kitchen… so very user friendly and modern- the perfect mix. We would highly recommend!
