THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. Open plan living in a studio that's both historic & one of a kind plus kitchenette with microwave & shower room. There is no bedroom but there are sofabeds, a kingsize & a single bed. Squadron Headquarters was a teenage den hence table tennis, smart tv, desk & good wifi to wfh. NB there are no curtains just a blackout blind in 2 sleeping areas so only semi dark- light comes through from table tennis area. Tennis court on the property as well as a garden off the farm drive

Cosy, independent guest suite with its own entrance, located in the heart of the scenic village of Marcham. 🏡 Easy access to country walks, head next door to enjoy a bustling English pub with luxury food vans on select days. Oxford city centre is 9 miles away, and Abingdon 2 miles away. We have a little bus stop outside the house with 2 buses every hour. Didcot train station can get you to London in just 35 minutes :) We are located within easy reach of the Cotswolds!

Cosy Coach House near Henley & Marlow

The Coach House is a stylish one bedroom studio overlooking a beautiful informal walled garden. In summer, guests are welcome to use the outside pool. There is also a BBQ & fire pit to enjoy. Situated near the beautiful villages of Wargrave, Twyford, Henley-On-Thames & Marlow, it is a perfect location for exploring the area or simply a lovely base to unwind. There are many lovely walks, activities & fabulous restaurants to explore as well as the River Thames.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.
