The nearby shopping and the elevator within walking distance make the location of the property unique. The price includes an independent garage + 1 parking space in front of the garage (see aerial photo). The neighboring house can accommodate 6 people

Auch im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst bieten die verschiedenen Bergbahnen eine abwechslungsreiche und bequeme Möglichkeit die Montafoner Bergwelt (Rätikon, Silvretta, Verwall, ) mit ihrer wunderschönen Kulisse zu erkunden.

UlMi´s Tiny Haus

company Wohnwagon. I am equipped with a cozy double bed. Cooking on a wood or gas stove. I am heated with a wood stove or infrared heater. The shower is also a gem. The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.

Vacation home for 2 - 4 people

In the heart of the mountains - arrive and feel at home. Our non-smoking house is in a sunny, easily accessible location, 800m from the town centre. The bus stop for the sportiest ski area in Vorarlberg is 150m away and takes you to the Valisera or Grasjochtal station in 4 minutes. The Garfrescha lift can be reached in 8 minutes on foot. There is a separate smoking balcony for smokers. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.

House Galgenul, our garden house

The "Gartenhüsli" is a separate small house behind the main house and equipped for 2 people. It was individually designed and sustainably built. The tiny house is about 25 m² and consists of one room - which forms a complete unit with a fully equipped kitchenette, a cozy sitting area and a comfortable double bed. A private bathroom with shower/toilet, as well as TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher or fridge are of course also available.

Vacation home "cozy"

The cozy, small but fine 2-room apartment is located on the sunny slope in Luzein in the beautiful Prättigau. Ideal for couples or 3 uncomplicated people. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.

We rent the top apartment - directly in the attic - for guests and provide you with 70 m² of comfort and coziness for an optimal vacation in the mountains.
