Détendez-vous dans ce logement unique et tranquille. Situé près du nouvel axe Rennes-Angers, en amoureux ou pour le travail, vous passerez d'agréables nuits dans un cadre atypique. Day use possible selon disponibilité sur demande. Le logement est bien sûr entiérement non fumeur. Le prix indiqué pour 2 personnes est pour un seul lit (pour le canapé lit avec draps, un supplément sera demandé). Le logement est un espace entièrement ouvert, il n'est pas adapté aux collègues.

Petite maison de charme située dans la campagne bretonne. Ce lieu calme et paisible est donc parfait pour se ressourcer. Proche de Vitré, à 30 mins de Rennes et Laval et 1h15 de la côte. La maison est non fumeur. ( la capacité est de 6 personnes maximum) Cette maison dispose de 2 chambres avec lit double et un clic clac dans la pièce principale pour le couchage. Studio neuf centre-ville

35 m² accommodation in the center, close to the bakery and all the small shops useful for your stay (bookstore, tobacco shop, restaurants, hairdresser...). Supermarkets, gas station and charging station are 400 m away. You can also go out around the pond, park and cinema. This cozy studio is equipped with a fitted kitchen, a living room with TV (Netflix), a desk area with Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, a bathroom with separate toilet.

A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

The memory foam sofa bed and sofa are easy to use and offer a comfortable bed. The studio has a 25 m2 🍸private terrace. If you are looking for beautiful hikes or cycling, it is perfect for nature lovers (🚲secure box). Located not far from Rennes and only 1h15 from the Breton coast⛵️🌊

The apartment has been refurbished to allow you to enjoy a quiet stay, with a balcony to be able to eat outside or simply enjoy the incredible view of nature and the song of birds. It is equipped with a kitchen open to a cozy living room with a sofa bed that offers an extra bed, a spacious bathroom with toilet and shower, a bedroom with a comfortable bed and a closet.

Our studio (with private entrance and private parking) is spacious and located on the floor of our dwelling house. It is close to the city center, close to shops, the castle, market halls... You will appreciate our accommodation for its calm, brightness and French billiards available for your use. Our place is great for couples and all guests.

New fully-equipped studio located in a property. View of the garden, greenery and nature. This very bright accommodation has its own independent entrance. Very quiet site, we would be very happy to host you for one night or more. Note: the bedding is excellent: we pay special attention to it.
