It is newly furnished and has a living area of 34 m² - many loving details were made by hand - very cozy. A fireplace and infrared heating provide pleasant warmth. There is underfloor heating in the anteroom and bathroom. The cabin is in a quiet, beautiful panoramic location. Hiking trails and the mountain bike trail are nearby (100 meters)

There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available. Our cottage is just a little away from the nearest traffic routes (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or just those who want to unwind! Looking forward to seeing you soon! I Martina Hochlahner & family are the landlords of the Hollnhof troadkasten, which was once built in 1842 and adapted to an apartment in agriculture. The farm is an herd or an active farm with year-round management and has been family-owned for decades. Guests are welcome to immerse themselves in the farm world. We offer peace and relaxation as well as a fantastic view of the mountains.
