The trail network is connected to Skeikampen, Kvitfjell and Gålå

Experience beautiful nature at a cozy mountain farm cabin! The cabin is located on the edge of the forest with a view of the entire Østre Gausdal. Lots of hiking opportunities both in summer and winter right outside the door. About 1 km on skis through the forest to the Skeikampen trail network. The cabin has 5 beds, plus a pull-out bed, an equipped kitchen, a heat pump, a wood-burning stove, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels included. You must have a 4x4 in winter. 15 minutes to the city center and Skeikampen, 30 minutes to Lillehammer and 45 minutes to Hunderfossen.

To Sjusjøen cross-country skiing 8 km drive, to Hafjell/Hunderfossen Adventure Park 30 min, and Sjusjøen alpine for families only 10 min. Lillehammer city center 15 mins. Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. We offer sleigh rides and ski instruction on cross-country skiing in the winter, please contact us if you are interested.

There are 3 bedrooms with a total of 8 beds, two bathrooms - one with a bathtub, as well as a sauna in a separate outhouse. A very charming leisure property with an attractive location just off Veslesetervatnet. Austlid is only 4 km from the Alpine Center, golf course, restaurants, cafes, sports shop and grocery stores. The cabin has a free and undisturbed location with lovely views and sunsets. The area is a perfect starting point for hiking opportunities and nature experiences with both ski slopes, trails and nice bike paths in the immediate vicinity. In summer, there is the possibility of both swimming and fishing right below the cabin.

Hytta ligger på Viken Fjellgård, en time fra Lillehammer, rett ved idylliske Espedalsvatnet, 720 m.o.h, og Langsua Nasjonalpark. Her kan man få stillhet og ro, bade, padle, besøke gruver, eller gå turer. Det er kort til høyfjell med mange turmuligheter, eller å gå ut fra gården langs vannet, på stier i skog og mark. Det er koselig uteplass med bålpanne på brygga ved naustet, og det er badestrand på andre siden. Våre gjester kan benytte våre to båter og kano fritt,og vi låner ut to fiskestenger.

The house "Gammelstua" (the Old house) is a loghouse from the mid 1880es, a rustic and charming home on a dairyfarm in Gausdal. Lots of well thought through details inside and outside the house. Wood heated hot tub in the backyard and free parking in front of the house. Breathtaking scenery through the valley.
