Its unique architectural style is combined with modern facilities in order to provide an ideal environment for your holiday. The villa features 300 m2 of living space on a 1000 m2 plot of land. It offers complete privacy with its own parking space for two vehicles, garden and pool. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. It offers a stunning view of the White Mountains. It is 100m from shops.

The Stone House in Aspro (North Side)

The Northern Stone House is a fully-equipped traditional cottage with a large outdoor yard, in the village of Aspro, Chania. It was built in the late 1800s and renovated in 2020 by myself and my father. Our goal was to create a space that is simple, serene and evocative of older times, yet is completely functional in the modern sense. It's located 2km away from the area's main village Almyrida, where you can find some basic stores, restaurants, as well as a couple of beautiful beaches.
