Stay a night or a week in a beautifully renovated arts center in downtown New Ulm! This historic building once housed a hotel and now includes a large private one bedroom apartment on the third floor with a large full bath and kitchen with gas stove. The Grand Kabaret on floor one has live music most Friday and Saturday nights, serving beer and wine. We also have occasional art classes in the building. “Hidden jem of a rental. Anne was a great host. We will be staying there again. Bring friends as she another bedroom rental across the hall for them. We really enjoyed listening to some good music and just heading upstairs after. Another fun local find was The Retz 227 speakeasy (look for the purple light in the alleyway)”

“I'd like to say that in doing whatever it takes to ensure his guests have the best experience possible Rod goes out of his way; but truth be told for all of the thoughtful, heartfelt, sincere gestures and considerations he makes in preparation of such an experience, Rod does not venture far at all; matter of fact he's well within his element, it's just who he is...!! In the way of hispitality, what Rod has on offer and brings to the 'home away from home' experience is, in a word, "Brilliant..."”
Luxury 1400 square foot apartment. All new appliances including washer and dryer. Close to hotels, groceries, restaurants and Schells Brewery all within walking distance. Bike trail across the street.
“What a beautiful apartment! Simply a lovely place to stay while we explored New Ulm. Thoughtful touches like wine and beer, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Rod was an excellent communicator and we appreciated the coupons and suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Touring the Schell's Brewery was very fun, and we enjoyed dinner at Sozial, a drink by the roaring fire at Turner Hall, and wonderful coffee at Lola's. We highly recommend this lovely spot!!”
