Great Family Holiday in Villamartin! "We recently spent 7 wonderful days in this lovely apartment in Villamartin, Spain, with our two kids. The apartment was spacious, clean, and perfectly equipped for families. We loved the proximity to local amenities and beaches The location was ideal for exploring the area, and the apartment's amenities, such as the pool kept our kids entertained for hours. The hosts were responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We'd highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun family holiday in Villamartin. Booked this apartment for a golf trip for 3 adults and it was perfect for us. Right beside the golf course, in fact, we watched the junior tournament from the balcony as they were all coming into the 18th hole. Balcony was spacious and plenty of seating. House was clean and tidy and had everything we needed, including underground parking for the hire car. One of us got out the car, grabbed the keys from the lock box, went upstairs and grabbed the garage door fob and went back down and opened it for the car to get in. It’s 3-4 minute walk to restaurants and bars so very easy location for that, and flat walk all the way along. Overall nice apartment and I would go back next time I’m visiting the area.

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

Very nice accommodation that has everything you need for a vacation, barbecue, jacuzzi, pool and well-equipped kitchen! The disadvantage of the area is that it is hilly and the walking distance to the beach is perhaps closer to 20 min.

Lovely spacious apartment and spotlessly clean, lots of everyday essentials. No lift so you have to climb 2 flights of stairs with cases. Location great for the town centre and hospital which is why we chose it.

We had a great stay at Javier's apartment, it was clean and super comfortable. On top of that, Javier was a kind host and we could always reach out to him.

Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

The house was amazing: very clean, perfectly equipped, with a superb swimming pool. Located in a quiet and secure residential area, it is ideal for resting. Perfect location, just 15 minutes' drive from Torrevieja, 30 minutes from Alicante and 1 hour from Benidorm. Also very convenient: a supermarket 1 minute walk from the house. We had an exceptional stay. A big thank you to Lorena for her warm welcome and her quick and efficient communication. I recommend it without hesitating!

Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! Totally recommended house, equipped with all comforts and very clean, no detail is missing Located in a quiet area, with a multitude of gardens to walk around and close to the beach of the minor sea. We will definitely repeat David - Larisa - Atreyu

Spectacular chalet that makes you feel that you belong to another economic level. You feel at home and Juan answers any questions at all times. The proximity of the tram makes the fact of being outside Murcia not a problem. It is equipped with everything you need and more. To repeat without a doubt.

Just returned from a week in the townhouse. The location is good under a 25 minute walk to restaurants (6000 steps return) Lovely restaurants - we didn’t cook - Blue Collar, Italian,Chinese buffet and Sofias all lovely - try menu of the day at Blue Collar We didn’t rent a car as our friends live on the next street- one place not to be missed is Cartagena a 30 minute drive The accommodation is in a quiet street with great golf course views Very very comfortable bed upstairs and powerful shower- we had a great time and would return

Definitely recommend visiting! Beautiful area, very secluded. The tram made it very easy to get around, however a car may be useful for areas further away if you intend to travel around. The apartment was exactly as we imagined, beautifully furnished, had all the amenities we required, close to shops and a short journey from the city centre, and made a wonderful place to stay and relax while we visited Murcia! Pedro was amazing, so responsive, helped us with everything we needed, going above and beyond. Cannot thank him enough for his service. Can’t wait to return for another trip in the sunshine!

Everything was great! 👍🏻 Very clean, cozy and beautiful, close to the beach, nice host. The only remark - if you are looking for a very quiet place where you can disconnect from the "city" in nature, keep in mind that behind the house there is a highway from which the noise of cars can be heard. This place definitely deserves a high rating.

Marina’s accommodation was just beautiful inside and outdoors around the complex area,with access to the pools,gym etc it was just what we needed .Lovely surroundings and lots of people coming and going around us but still quite and peaceful.Area itself is lovely and what we needed .supermarket right at your door step and some restaurants etc .shopping centre 10/15 walk away Apartment itself is just lovely and so clean and had all we needed ,your own private balcony and rooftop terrace also ,we could go on and on about the accommodation,area,marina and her daughter just everything was worth the money and we would 100 percent recommend and we will be back c

Wow! After spending a week here visiting a friend this place was great and had everything I needed and more. The place was spotless, great location as was right by the pool and wasn’t too far of a walk to the main square which allowed you to cool off from the Spanish sun at night! Entire place is well furnished with all the amenities you could need for a stay here for both short and long stays. Furniture is modern and well maintained and the roof terrace is incredible and plenty of seating if you were to host an evening here. Will definitely be booking here again if I come back. Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The house was close to lidl and mc Donalds. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful local recommendations.

We had a fantastic stay! The property was beautiful, set in a lovely location with a stunning backdrop. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our visit. We also really appreciated the convenience of the onsite bars and restaurants — all of which were great. A special highlight was the 9-hole golf course, which the whole family enjoyed. Highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

I had a truly amazing stay at Annette's lovely home from home. It was super-well equipped and had literally everything you needed. The view from the roof terrace was awesome and I felt very secure and safe as I'm a lady that was there alone for some of my 4-week stay. Alan, the super-host that greeted us was beyond helpful and lovely and recommended lots of local places to eat etc. and literally couldn't do enough for us - amazing chap! The pool was great and just a few metres away - the photos don't do it justice. This place is nestled in between Torrevieja centre and La Mata beach so is peaceful and quiet enough to chill out but only a stones-throw from all the action. I wouldn't hesitate to book this apartment again - it has everything you need to feel comfortable and as though you have all of your creature comforts. I'm already looking to book again! You won't be disappointed ;)
