Holiday rentals with beach access in Gefira

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul's apartment. The location is very unique and peaceful. Paul was a great host and stayed available during our time there. The apartment is well equipped, spacious and with a beautiful balcony view. We would love to come back!

Our stay in Monemvasia was great! The large accommodation with terrace and exceptional "pebble" view. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms when you have teenagers, it's really convenient. We did everything on foot from the accommodation, which made us independent: a plus! Some issues with the translation of the welcome note for us (😅unfortunately we don't speak Greek) but nothing serious. We should have asked our host who is very friendly and responsive. We'll be happy to go back. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!

Xénia was very welcoming, caring in our interactions . She was watching our arrival in front of her house. Complete restoration of the apartment with quality materials. Tasteful sober decor. We really enjoyed our short stay in Gythio and surroundings. The 2nd floor apartment offers a nice view of the bay and its island , with the mountains as a backdrop. Bars, restaurants nearby on foot. Best place to be! A smart, simple apartment, well equiped, in a wonderful location, on the hill, in a a quiet spot, ideal for families. The sea is calm and exotic and there are various of beaches, all within 5 minutes by foot. The village is also simple, quiet and has a wonderful aura. Highly recommended!!!!

Great place to stay and explore the neighbourhood. We had some delicious snacks and water on our arrival. Nice view on the pier and walkable distance to the beaches.

Communication with Markos was perfect throughout the stay. Both to find the rental and to help us with a faulty oven problem: Markos was perfect! The place was very clean and the bedding comfortable. The bathroom is not modern but it suited us for this one-night stopover near Monemvasia. I highly recommend this listing to visit the jewel of Monemvasia!

Great place to stay in Gythio with two balconies overlooking the sea. Well furnished and clean. I would stay here again as the place was perfect for the 3 of us.

James's appartment has the best location and most beautiful, ever changing view. James is very friendly and accommodating. We loved being there.

We loved this little house with our private terrace! The owner always asked if we need anything else, he was very helpful and friendly ! Kitchen is fully equipped. Our children loved the toasty maker, so they could have melted cheese sandwiches every day! The best sandy beach is only about 10 min drive, but we also used the local sandy beach 1 min walk away. The beaches around generally quiet shallow, so is good for children. Our favourite Gira place just 1 min walk away, you need to turn left after exiting the house and go straight towards the beach , is on the right hand side, and it’s generous portions, with really nice chips for a naughty treat! We would come back again!

Very nice, quiet place in Neapolis. Located in a side street, but only 3 minutes to the waterfront/ harbor. Good location for trips to Monemvasia or Elafonisos. Small terrace, well-equipped kitchen, cozy bed! Everything fits!

Wow, what a gem! We spent nearly three weeks in Greece, mostly staying at Airbnb properties, but George, our host, truly stood out. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful. George met us at the gate, helped carry our luggage during check-in, and provided us with more than enough food and water. He also gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and sights and checked in to ensure we were doing well. When we checked out at 6:30 a.m., he was there again to assist with our luggage. George was a truly exceptional host. The house's location was perfect—right in the heart of Monemvasia, just a few minutes' walk from numerous restaurants. Monemvasia itself was a magical place; it felt like stepping back into medieval times. We feel incredibly fortunate to have met George and stayed in his home. Thank you for sharing your precious house, which has been in your family for generations!

Beautiful residence of Mr. Dimitris had everything we felt like our home. Mrs. Evangelia was kind, cheerful to give us any information needed for the area. We had a wonderful time!!

We had beautiful days in Neapoli. The apartment is centrally located and is very suitable as a base for excursions into the beautiful surroundings. In the apartment you have everything you need and Anastasios is very friendly.

Beautiful accommodation, ideally located in the middle of the olive trees! Quiet and peaceful, to visit the surroundings. Our hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Great tips for sightseeing. I highly recommend these thoughtful hosts.

The sea is 200 meters away, the beach is ideal, clean sand, transparent water, you can walk for a long time, and in September we are often alone. For dogs, the terrace is screened and there is plenty of space around it.

The apartment has a practical layout and is in very good location. Sotiris is a great host and was very responsive.

Εμμανουίλα was responsive to our messages and provided us with a place to stay that met our expectations. The terrace is very nice and has an unobstructed sea view. A parking space is just outside the door but plenty of spaces are available on the street if needed.

Our second stay here and just as lovely this time. Beautiful spacious apartment with a fantastic big balcony overlooking the sea. Very well appointed kitchen and super comfy bed. We had some great swimming and snorkelling in sparkling clear water.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the beaches were clean and fantastic and just a short drive away from the accommodation. Highly recommend Skoutari and Mavrovouni beaches. Great tavernas, local and also in Gytheio. We would definitely stay here again.

Very easy interaction with Foula. Extraordinary welcome!!!! Large apartment very clean and very well decorated. It really has everything you need! We enjoyed a large and very comfortable terrace! Foula spoiled us a lot: a bottle of white wine with peanuts, raisins, pistachios, and so on. To all this, there was a large basket of fruit , treats, coffee, jam... Private parking in front of the apartment. A huge thank you Foula. Don't hesitate, you will be delighted!!!

The hosts were very polite and nice. They were very quick to respond to every question and sent helpful information. The apartment condition was just great, everything modern and clean. Nesspresso coffee maker & coffee capsule, milk frother make delicious coffee. Very convenient with the dishwasher and washing machine with dryer. Basic ingredients for cooking were provided such as olive oil, salt, pepper. Street parking was very easy. The city center is within walking distance. We were all very satisfied and will recommend or come back.

Thank you as a family to Despoina and Nikos! We were greeted earlier than the check-in time with understanding. They've been discreet and comfortable! The space was super clean, the house was completely functional for 2 adults and 3 young children. Equipped, thoughtful, and beautiful home. We used all the amenities in the kitchen and bathroom without any issues. Pharmacy, mini market and playground next to the house! Wonderful beaches from Panaritis to lakes, to choose everyone that suits him, and all a five minute drive on a smooth route. Monemvasia, Elafonisos and Neapoli within walking distance too. We had awesome quiet, relaxing, meeting lovely and friendly people in Helix! The home was our retreat and the base of excursion to many wonderful experiences.
