We came across Mr. Emre's house from another airbnb house in our 3-day gap and booked it. The house was very spacious , clean and comfortable . Mr. Emre was a very friendly host . You can find everything in the house for daily use, kitchen supplies , detergent, etc . It's very conducive to spending time in the house. The view is very pleasant . Apart from that, it was the only hill to the house that forced us, we had difficulty with the car. It's a steep hill, but when you put the car at the bottom, there's no problem. Location of the house very close to the market and the sea. It was a great experience, thank you again

What a lovely little villa in a beautiful location, close to some amazing beaches and restaurants. We are a family of 5 and the villa was well equipped for our needs. Two well sized bedrooms, both en-suite. Kitchen had all we wanted. Garden and pool were lovely, although this late in the year (October), the garden is in the shade until mid-morning and the same again from mid-afternoon, so the pool was a little on the chilly side. Rabia was a great host, super-responsive and quick to reply to questions around beaches and restaurants worth visiting. Villa and location were as described, clean, tidy and we felt very at home. This was our first time in Turkey and we loved everything about our stay, we will be back for sure.

Everything was thought out. The kitchen supplies and all the items in the house were sufficient. There was even a cake mold and a mixer. The hosts don't care about everything for your comfort. The house garden and the pool, which are meticulous about privacy, are not visible from the outside. The pool and house were spotless. There was no internet and electricity problem. One of the things that surprised us was the pool bed and the okey set. Thanks for the details.

We like to have constant cultural and nature holidays as a family. We weren't a little suspicious when we saw this place on Airbnb. We couldn't believe he'd give such a villa to a suitable fee, but we trusted airbnb. Then we had a few questions for Mr. Emin, he answered it very politely instantly. Then, when we saw the Asmali Villa with our own eyes, we realized that it was beautiful in the pictures. The sounds of birds in nature, the squirrels playing in the trees were great for the village people around. The house was spotless. They thought of everything and were complete. There were pots,pans, glasses, salt,black pepper and all of them in the kitchen. TV with huge ambilayt feature, not even in my house. The white goods are all new and Bosch marks. The beds are viscosite, the foosball table in the living room, I can't write anything. If I had this house, I wouldn't be able to cut the rental. In the end, we would like to thank Mr. Emin and Airbnb. 🙋🏻‍♂️🙏

A complete oasis of peace. You are completely spared from everyday stress and annoying people. You are completely private. If even locals drive by/going by, they can't see anything. The house and surroundings are simply a dream. I can only recommend it for those who would like to protect their privacy and love nature. You could expand the kitchen utensils a little but you can cook great despite it. We were there for 5 days, I wish we could stay longer. Mr. Tarkan was very helpful and was always available. The pool was totally clean and beautiful. Long talk briefly, I highly recommend it.

The location of the house, the nature view, the calmness was magnificent. Mr. Emre is a very friendly and helpful person. The house is incredibly beautiful and comfortable. Fethiye is the place we feel like home the next time we come. Thank you for everything.

Great place to stay with the family. Scenic, Mountain View, stone house and the pool. Loved it! They send a guide for the town, however not all the things said are matching to this house. I think it is a standard guide they send to everyone using their other premises. Would be good if it is updated according to the property like the distance to the sea etc

We were very satisfied with our 5-day family vacation. The house was above our expectations in every way. We did not need any shopping except for food and drink. Everything we were looking for was available at home. The host, Ms. İlknur, was also very helpful and caring. I am sure that it will make the next future guests happy in terms of both the equipment and the view of the house.

Great Villa. Beautiful views of the sea. Modern and well equipped. The pool was just the right temperature. The host was accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay - 2 families, with kids aged 5 - 15. At home, the kids loved the pool and the table tennis, and the views are lovely across to the sea. The Kalamar beach club was great, just 10 minutes walk downhill from the house and they give you a ride back up the hill at the end of the day. The food isn't cheap but staff really helpful and the sea trampoline was so much fun. Kulube is a really beautiful spot too - less set up for kids but they were very happy snorkelling and swimming. Our trip to the sandy beach was also stunning and hardly anyone there in early June. A couple of things to be prepared for: the pool is very deep, and you have to watch over kids in the hot tub at all times (as per the house rules). Our daughter slipped under and got her hair caught in the filter - we quickly got her out but I say this to emphasise the need to keep watch! Max is a very good host and the local staff who maintain the villas were great. We got fresh bread delivered every morning.

Mr. Mehmet is a very caring hostess and helped us a lot. The house is very nice, the pool is very nice, all the rooms have all the materials you may need in the kitchen in a location with a lot of fun to have a lot of fun, the air conditioning was available in the kitchen. Although we went to the patara beach in July, it was not very crowded, although we went to the beach in July, there are many grocery stores and restaurants at the top of the house, perfect for the sunset. We are very satisfied.

The house was definitely more beautiful than it appeared in the photos. It was reminiscent of the boutique hotels in Alaçatı with its garden, pool and general atmosphere, we enjoyed it very much. The host Mr. Bukentay was very understanding, especially opening his house to our Rottweiler breed dog without any problems is very valuable for us. He regularly asked about our needs during our stay, and he made a gesture for us at our checkout, for which we thank him separately. The house is also very close to Patara Beach, with easy access to the sea. If we consider Airbnb again in that region, we will contact Mr. Bukentay again.

It is only 5 minutes by car from the center of Kaş. Very close to Büyükçakıl beach. The house is perfectly designed. Each room had spacious beds and bathrooms. The pool is very nice. 8 people are very comfortable and we had a very good holiday. The cleanliness was excellent. We always reached Ms. Merve very easily. The next time I come to Kas, I will stay in this house again without thinking.

A stunning home in a beautiful location. There is a long single track road to get there and very steep in parts but no issues in our rental car. The host’s instructions were easy to follow and led us straight there. I would recommend arriving in the daylight as the dark would make the drive a bit difficult. The home was as pictured, beautiful inside and out. We loved relaxing by the pool and enjoyed the jet bath as well. There is a small beach 900m from the house, the water is lovely to swim in and we saw lots of fish swimming in the bay. We also enjoyed visiting the town of Kalkan nearby which had every shop and restaurant you could ask for and also visiting the ancient city of Patara and the beach there. Everything in the home worked well and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment to cook a full meal. The host was very responsive and friendly and we had a great stay. I would love to visit again soon.

This was a stunningly beautiful setting to stay. The outdoor space/view is wonderful to wake up to and to watch the ever changing light into the evening. Swimming each day surrounded by the mountains was fantastic. Furkan was on hand for any questions too and very supportive/helpful. If you want to escape somewhere beautiful this is the place.

What a beautiful villa and stunning location overlooking Kalkan Bay. Everything we imagined and more!

We have had a wonderful stay at Villa Nova it was everything we were looking for and our hosts were so responsive - they actually arranged for shopping to be organised and delivered to the Villa for our arrival as it was going to be late and we were mindful of needing a few bits in for the children. Will definitely stay again

Villa was great and well kitted out. Modern, clean and really comfortable. The views across the bay are what makes it throughout the day. Easy location from Kalkan centre - 10 min walk. It’s quite hard to find but Samet was on hand to direct our taxi driver and sent a specific locator to make it seamless. Would love to go back soon!

Great communication and location instructions from Emrah to find the villa although the description doesn't warn you of the very steep incline to drive up to the villa or the 37 steps from the car port to the villa itself. The villa is exactly as the photos apart from the third bedroom is actually located halfway up the steps on a lower level to the villa. The views are stunning, the facilities are excellent with large bedrooms and en-suites with aircon and towels. A little disappointing there was no welcome pack, washing up sponges or tea towels and a few missing things like sharp knives and a small saucepan but those are little niggles and certainly didn't detract from our most enjoyable stay. We contacted Emrah about a few minor issues and he dealt with them immediately. A stunning villa with a great host and worth the steep drive up the hill that you very quickly master.

We spent 2 days of our honeymoon here and really enjoyed our stay. The house was wonderful, with a great pool, area suitable for games and barbecue, all in a peaceful setting where you can hear the birds singing. The bed was comfortable, and we got plenty of rest. The house has parking space, which is always helpful in places like Kalkan. The town center is just a 5-minute drive away, and there’s a mini market only 2 minutes away on foot, which is very convenient. Anahita and Ali were great hosts, always willing to help. I highly recommend this little paradise in Kalkan!

We had an incredible stay at a beautiful villa surrounded by nature and mountains, with stunning views of the sea. The villa was perfectly designed, offering comfort and tranquility. Zeynep was fantastic in her communication, always quick to respond and eager to help with any questions we had. This place is a perfect retreat for anyone seeking peace and natural beauty. Mr. Halil hosted us very well with his helpfulness starting from the first rental process and until the end of the stay. He gave quick and clear answers to my questions. The location of the house during the decision phase, the information she provided about Kalkan and Kaş helped us decide. If you want a calm and peaceful isolated holiday, the location of the house is quite nice, the view is amazing. The poolside is quite sufficient as a main use area and very close to the kitchen. There is an additional toilet / sink on the floor where there is a kitchen and living room with a common area; there is no need to go upstairs. The use area and white goods in the kitchen are quite sufficient. Wi-Fi is very fast and smooth. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the towels were as good as the beds. The house is prepared with all the needs in mind, prepared at home whatever you need in a five-star hotel. Most of all, we were interested in the paintings in the house, and every detail that will tear the eye is covered with paintings. Those who are concerned about the villa vacation definitely don't need to pay high money to hotels

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. We only had a few issues such as the noise from the guests staying at the villa alongside of us but MR yusuf dealt with it for us. Also the shower is not very strong, I ended always showering in the jacuzzi because the hot water was barely coming out of the both showers. Other than those issues, we really enjoyed our stay since the location was great and the view was stunning from the property.

Mr. Yasin and Ms. Merve did more than they could to give us the best shape of our vacation. Thank you so much for both of them.
