Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gelsenkirchen

Wir hatten ein tolles langes Wochenende in der Unterkunft, die besonders zu gemeinsamen langen Abenden auf der Terrasse oder am großen Esstisch einladen. Es gibt viel Platz, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und es entspricht auch der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Bäder waren besonders sauber! Die doch recht nahe Straße haben wir tatsächlich weniger als störend empfunden als vorher gedacht. Claudia war immer gut erreichbar und ist ein sehr freundlicher Kontakt!

Big place with three separate bedrooms and very clean. Great bathroom and shower, kitchen has anything you need. TV is very easy to cast to when on the same WiFi. One bedroom is accessible through another, the floor downstairs is very squeaky and the lamp above the table isn't working - but those are the biggest - we could find. Really liked it!

Wie immer war alles super

Es war ein ganz toller Aufenthalt. Ich werde mich ganz sicher noch oft bei Svenja einbuchen. Das Haus war toll weihnachtlich geschmückt und die Kommunikation mit Svenja war wirklich exzellent! Ich kann nur eine absolute Empfehlung aussprechen. Wer nach Moers möchte hat die Bushaltestelle fußläufig, ebenso das Zentrum von Schwafheim mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Und für mich besonders wichtig, auch das AWO Seniorenzentrum liegt nur 4-5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Die Unterkunft war super ausgestattet - über das normale hinaus. Man hat wirklich gemerkt, das hier jemand viel Liebe und Arbeit reingesteckt hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung hält tolle Wanderungen bereit und auch die Orte in der Umgebung sind eine Besichtigung wert. 10/10 würde immer wieder buchen!

Tiny House mit allem was man braucht. Besonders die Küchenutensilien waren top (Neu und hochwertig). Toll war die Waschmaschine (mit integriertem Trockner). Für mehr als ein paar Tage wäre uns das Haus zu klein und zu wenig privat. Die Lage der Terrasse an der (immerhin sehr ruhigen) Straße, ohne Grün und vis a vis mit den Vermietern war nicht so attraktiv. Unterm Dach kann es im Sommer sehr warm werden.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette maison. Elle est parfaitement conforme à la description : propre, bien équipée, spacieuse et très agréable à vivre. Le quartier est calme et idéal pour se reposer, tout en restant proche des commodités. L’hôte a été très réactif et accueillant, ce qui a rendu notre arrivée et notre départ très faciles. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jardin. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Ich habe die Unterkunft im Zuge eines Lehrgangs für unsere Mitarbeiter gebucht. Die Kommunikation mit Felix war immer sehr einfach und freundlich. Das Haus war sehr sauber, hat alles was das Herz begehrt und hatte eine schöne Lage. Unsere Mitarbeiter haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

A wonderful stay for both kids and adults! I visited with my 4-year-old, who absolutely loved every moment of it. Dirk and Maike run a childcare program during the week, and it’s clear they’ve created a true paradise for children on their property. The large grounds include chickens, playrooms, countless toys, and everything a child could wish for. The home is bright and cozy. Dirk and Maike are incredibly kind, open-minded, and thoughtful hosts. Their warm, welcoming nature made our stay even more special. I’ll definitely be returning with my son the next time we’re in Krefeld. Thank you so much, Maike & Dirk! :)

Es ist eine schöne Apartmentwohnung mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung und die Wohnung hat alles was wir für unsere 3 tägigen Aufenthalt brauchen. Magnus ist sehr hilfsbereit und reagiert immer sofort aus unsere Fragen. Ich kann die Wohnung wirklich jeden empfehlen!

Thomas en Claudia zijn geweldige hosts. Zeer vriendelijke, behulpzame, betrokken eigenaren van de alpacaboerderij die prachtig werk verrichten voor kinderen met behulp van de alpaca's. De zolderruimte is superfijn en bleef ondanks het warme weer heerlijk koel net als de bossen erom heen. Een absolute aanrader! Wij komen graag terug. Dank jullie wel!

Ich war erneut bei Claudia Gast und es war wieder super. Die Wohnung ist so liebevoll eingerichtet und alles was man braucht ist vor Ort. Absolute Empfehlung für eine kurze Auszeit!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Alles hat super geklappt. Besonders klasse fand ich die Kaffeemaschine... mit dem leckeren Kaffee ☕☕

Great place, I love the plants and the sunshine pouring in through the balcony windows. The place is beautifully kept and Claudie and her husband are kind and attentive hosts. Thoroughly recommend, I’ll be booking it again when I return!

Aggi & Lars waren sehr freundliche und sympathische Gastgebende, die Wohnung wirklich schön und sauber und die Lage ein Traum. Wir haben uns mit Hund und zwei Kleinkindern sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns, wenn wir noch mal die Gelegenheit haben, dort unseren Familienurlaub zu verbringen.

Mooi appartement op de 2e etage. Gezellig ingericht, al het nodige is aanwezig. Lekkere bedden. Brandschoon. Zeer aardige host.

Beautiful house for an unforgettable weekend away with our friend group. It was our own private castle! Large rooms, comfortable beds, and kitchen and bathrooms were large, clean and well equipped. We were greeted very friendly by the house’s caretaker and contact during and after our stay was very pleasant and friendly. Two small remarks: some of the rooms didn’t have curtains or blinds to block out daylight, and in some rooms the light switches were not working properly or confusing to use. But those are just minor issues because we had an amazing time in the villa. Thank you!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Maikes Unterkunft und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Maike ist eine ausgesprochen freundliche Gastgeberin, mit der die Kommunikation reibungslos und unkompliziert verlief. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

If you like something different, yet with all the required amenities, this is the place for you. Situated in innercourt place, the apartment is huge and spacious. It has all the equipment you can think of and a large sauna in one of the bedrooms. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood, but with all the required grocery shops and restaurants in little walking distance. It is also just 30 minutes walk through a park to the old city of Dusseldorf. The host Daniel was very flexible and provided all the needed information well in advance, so that we had no trouble finding and opening the apartment. Beds were great, both large and comfortable. Also, the little terrace outside the main living room was very nice, as it is secluded and we were lucky to have a warm Dusseldorf evening.

Haben unseren JGA hier an einem Wochenende verbracht und hatten eine schöne gemeinsame Zeit. Trotz unserer hohen Teilnehmerzahl hatte jeder auch mal die Möglichkeit sich zurückzuziehen oder mit der gesamten Gruppe etwas gemeinsam zu machen. Highlights sind natürlich der Whirlpool und die Sauna. Auch die Betten muss man positiv hervorheben. Haben selten mal so gut außerhalb geschlafen. Für JGA‘s absolut zu empfehlen 👌🏻

Stayed here with my company colleagues for Gamescom convention and it was spectacular. The house is beautiful and modern while retaining the charm of the German countryside. Easily accessible walking paths to the town and forest made this idea for us as we didn’t have a car.

Villa muhteşem güzellikteydi. İş toplantısı yaptık ve gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Herşey güzel düşünülmüş. Nikita her konuda yardımcı oldu. Birçok misafirinizi ağırlayabileceğiniz çok Lüx bir villa.

Markus is a great host and is highly recommended if you ever stay around Düsseldorf. The location is perfect for nature lovers and yet close to the City Center, airport and convention Center. Recommended without any hesitation.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich wahnsinnig schön! Die Ausstattung ist TOP und die Kommunikation mit Jana war einwandfrei. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal buchen!
