Spacious, bright vacation home (135 m² living space) on the edge of the district of Haltern-Lavesum, with beautiful views of the Hohe Mark, on a 1000 m² garden plot. Haltern-Lavesum is idyllically surrounded by fields and forests. The Halterner lakes are just around the corner. Tourist destinations such as the Ketteler Hof, Wildpark Granat, Roman Museum provide plenty of variety for young and old. In Haltern am See, there is a varied culinary offer from beach bar to 1 star restaurant.

A whole apartment is rented. The apartment is located in an apartment building on the 3rd floor in Borsigplatz (Do.- City center). There are many free parking options on our street, as well as on the neighboring streets. The city center of Dortmund is about 1 km away and can be reached super well by tram or on foot if you feel like stretching your legs. The village-famous “Villa Kunterbunt,” from 1911, once housed the Hörste post office. At that time, the apartment served as a stable for the stagecoach.

The sauna, hot tub and fireplace offer relaxation. One of our highlights is the loft net, which allows a view over the lake. The vacation home has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds. Our cottage is nestled in the park landscape of the Münsterland in the immediate vicinity of the Dortmund-Ems Canal and at the foot of the Teutoburg Forest. Beautifully integrated into a half-timbered ensemble, our Hüsken offers direct access to its own garden with seating area, fireplace, barbecue facilities, parking space and covered accommodation for bicycles. A wallbox with 11kW is available on the property at cost price.
