Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and well-designed property. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed—while the apartment itself was both stylish and functional. What truly made our experience exceptional was our host, Alejandro. He was incredibly proactive, professional, flexible, and genuinely kind. He went out of his way to offer helpful advice, made us feel completely at home, and was always available whenever we needed anything. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Buenos Aires—and we will definitely be back!

The apartment is incredible, it has everything to enjoy the stay and is exactly as described in the photos. The surroundings are very nice and being located on a high floor the view is amazing, definitely a place to recommend. Laura was a wonderful host, always attentive to my inquiries and giving good recommendations. While we were a short time, we wanted to come back to take advantage of all the amenities of the condominium. Excellent cleanliness and I don't want to forget that they offer coffee, water and alfajores at check-in.

First of all, very attentive as a host, and cares about the comfort of the guest and guides them with respect to the place or area of the city. The hospitality she gave us was exceptional. Heating, kitchen with all its comforts. I really recommend it.

This loft apartment is beautiful and just as pictured. Very clean, super comfortable, nice bathroom ammenities, linens were soft and smelled great. We slept very well while here. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need for cooking and appeared to be brand new.The host and management company does a great job communicating and responding to any needs. If you are in Buenos Aires and just want to relax, this is the place to be. Also we found it to be absolutely safe to walk around during the day or night. Seems to be just on the outskirts, so we did not find much to do around us and not many restaurants open on the weekend we were here. The locals we met and were in contact with were very nice and helpful even though our Spanish is minimal. Thank you for a delightful 3 night stay!

The apartment is even more beautiful in person, very well located, in the Palermo Soho neighborhood where you can find the best restaurants and cafes and walk quietly at night (even for a solo traveler like me). In addition to having a super-equipped kitchen to prepare your food on a day you don't feel like going out or even making your own breakfast on a cold and rainy morning. Azul and Nico are excellent hosts, they were super attentive with my late check-in and helped me with an extra cleaning, as I had a lot of days of accommodation. I highly recommend it for those who are going to visit Buenos Aires, you will be in the best region of the city. A big hug.

We had an amazing stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with great cafes nearby for breakfast. It was also next to a ton of green spaces in case you’re a jogger like me. The apartment was squeaky clean and the bed was very comfortable. AC/heating was super easy to use and the kitchen has everyone one would need. The host was very responsive and let us check in early, which was very kind. Thank you so much, we would absolutely stay again 🙃😁

We went to relax with my partner, a romantic weekend... the apartment is beautiful, just like the photos, well equipped, quiet, lots of privacy... the terrace is a great plus, too bad there were only a few sunny days, but we'll be back when the weather is more favorable to take advantage of it :)

Beautiful studio in Palermo with an unbeatable view. Perfect for a few days in the city. Great restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. Close to the bus tour stop if you are touristing. Angie was responsive and super accommodating.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay!!! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures — very clean, well cared for and with a wonderful view that made all the difference in the experience. The house is super-equipped, with all the utensils and amenities I needed during the trip. You can see that everything was thought out with affection for the comfort of the guests. I would definitely return and recommend to those looking for a cozy, functional place with a breathtaking view! Super warm! The only point but that didn't get in the way is that the shower is low and my husband was tall, but it was nothing that got in the way.

Fabulous stay in Palermo. Walkable to bars and restaurants, and easy to get a cab to other areas of BA. The windows of the apartment are floor to ceiling and let in so much light. The terrace is great, just be careful as the railing is a little lower than standard!! Can not recommend this Airbnb enough! There is a washer and dryer on site, you just need to get a key from security and token are store down the street-easy enough to do just a little extra run around.

What a great place to stay with an amazing location!

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

Aníbal was extremely kind, the apartment was very well decorated and spacious, quiet because it was in the back, friends of mine rented apartments in the front and complained about noises but ours was very quiet. The location was great. Would recommend.

Great place to be! Felt a the streets a little to empty at the begining, but then realized that we were very close to San Telmo and Porto Madero, great location, quiet windows and modern apartment.

Host communicated really well. Location is definitely the highlight of this Airbnb. Unfortunately the shower pressure changes constantly which could be bothersome but other than that everything was great!

Great apartment, close to the subway station and several restaurants, quiet and easily accessible building, I recommend it.
