In addition to what is already described in the listing, it is worth mentioning that there are universal standard power outlets throughout the house, the heater comes out of the floor - no cold feet - and the kitchen is very well equipped. Everything was incredible. The house is as seen in the photos, the land is spacious and nice, perfect for relaxing or activating for a while. We use the kayak for a walk, we also play with balls and rackets, and when we wanted to rest, we had the hammocks. It is the place to unplug and have a nice time. In addition, Viviana was super attentive from the moment we booked, always paying attention to everything.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful, spacious, and artfully decorated home. The high ceilings, wood floors, and natural light made it feel airy and calm. The setting was very peaceful—no traffic noise—and we appreciated the newer appliances and thoughtful design touches. A few practical issues stood out: the toaster didn’t work properly, and there was a rusted honing rod and steak knife in the drawer. While we appreciated the stainless steel pan, the nonstick one was scratched and worn. The white couch was extremely firm, and the bathroom door in the master bedroom wouldn’t stay closed. Still, these were minor things in the grand scheme, and we’re confident the owners can address them easily. With a few updates, this place could be truly exceptional. We’d gladly come back to enjoy its charm, quiet, and natural light again.

Ivan's place is amazing. The location is great, and the neighborhood is safe and walkable. Lots of restaurants are within walking distance. Ivan was always responsive and pleasant. I look forward to staying again in the future.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Verónica is super friendly and always attentive to us although it was so good and easy everything that practically everything was always resolved. Romina’s house is absolutely STUNNING! Super clean and the location is great for a little getaway. Romi is an awesome host, who responded super quick to all our enquiries and was always willing to help. She was extremely welcoming and me and my friends instantly felt at home. From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience in Amilcar's apartment was excellent. The place was impeccable: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz welcomed us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this accommodation again. Highly recommended!

Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bedding, as well as blackout curtains, hard to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Finally, a great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth the walk through the neighborhood until you reach the Palermo park. Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The hostess was very kind and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move suitcases. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. It had all the other implements for a perfect stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!

We were with my husband Matías for a few days (the weekend was when it was quieter). Gabriela had very good communication with us and was very kind. Everything was super clean. His place was very complete and exactly as shown in the pictures; he had several kitchen utensils, towels, etc. The bed was comfortable. The area is very good and has several restaurants and businesses nearby. In addition, it is close by several transports (train, collective..). We would definitely stay at this place again!
