Monthly Rentals in Geneva

This was the absolute perfect secluded getaway! The cabin came with plenty of kayaks, so there was no shortage of fun on the water. If you’re looking for a quiet spot to truly disconnect and recharge, this is the place for you. I actually loved that there was no cell service (a real treat in today’s world!), but the WiFi was strong and reliable if you needed it. We had such a relaxing stay, and pretty much stayed on the porch the whole time, we’ll definitely be back!

Our stay with Faith was nothing short of exceptional! She was the kind of host everyone desires. The RV was in great condition, extremely clean, and the A/C was COLD! Perfect for humid Florida days. We felt safe, comfortable, and enjoyed what Graceville and surrounding towns had to offer. We visited Morrison Springs and Florida Caverns State Park per Faith’s recommendation and we had a WONDERFUL experience at both! We also visited PCB and the drive was only a quick hour. Such a great stay if you’re traveling or need some time to get away. We will 100% be staying here again if given the opportunity. Great for kiddos!

Wow!!! First and foremost, I MUST say: The Clubhouse is absolutely adorable! I love it so much! 😍😍😍 If I didn't have a house of my own, I'd want to live in The Clubhouse. Larry thought of EVERYTHING that you could need for a perfect stay at your home away from home. My family and I enjoyed our stay so very much. And we are so grateful that Larry opened his space up to us. EQUALLY IMPORTANT, Larry is such a compassionate, level-headed, and understanding person. I became so frazzled because I had a a VERY unexpected situation within the first few hours of my stay. He helped me work through the situation by empathizing with me and maintaining a non-judgemental nature. This was my first in-person encounter with Larry, and I understand why he has such amazing reviews. As long as he'll have us, we'll ALWAYS stay at one of Larry's apartments.

We stayed here for a bachelorette trip and loved it! Plenty of space for all of us, well stocked with everything we could've needed, lovely little river in the back yard and plenty of beautiful nature all around. Definitely bring bug spray, esp for the summer months. Donna was super responsive and helpful, as well!
