At 800 m altitude, at the foot of the Parmelan plateau, it is located between Lake Annecy (15 min) and the Aravis slopes (30 min). Mazot year 1986 of 15 m2 with a mezzanine of 7 m2. Possibility to sleep in the 2-seater sofa bed downstairs or in the 2-seater mezzanine bed. Small wooden chalet, all the necessary comforts, fully equipped kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower, a mezzanine with views of the entire Mont Blanc range. Excellent Wi-Fi network + connected TV Large private outdoor terrace with garden furniture. Private parking space. Linens/duvets/pillows provided. Breakfast is included.
