This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is not my original studio/loft of earlier times!! Key words: Calm, sunny, modern!!

"De Dépôt" ligt binnen de ring van de stad op 300m van de markt. De master bedroom is op de 2de verdieping . Er staat een dubbele boxspring (+kinderbed). Thee en koffie zijn in de minikeuken. Er is een dubbele lavabo, een inloopdouche en een toilet. De zitruimte met Tv is op de eerste verdieping. Daar bevindt zich ook de tweede slaapkamer die standaard ter beschikking is vanaf een derde gast. Hievoor worden wel extra kosten in rekening gebracht bij boeking voor twee personen (aanvragen).

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

Best location in the center of the city. On the inside of the small ring and yet quietly located at the Leopold park. 50m from the Century de place to be with its large ( heated) terraces. The apartment is a 6-minute walk from the station. Grote Markt is only 1 minute walk through the King Albert street. The spacious vacation home has its own entrance and is located on the first floor. The house is decorated in a country style and has a beautiful view over our garden and Belgium, across the Meuse. The vacation home is excellent for vacations but also as a stay for business trips.
