The apartment is very conveniently located compared to the MECC (5 minutes / car), the University of Maastricht ( 5 minutes) and the old town of Maastricht are within walking distance. You can park in front of the door for a fee (6.60 p.d.)

The apartment is very private with your own bathroom and a little balcony. Toilet is private but on the landing.. The sofabed is 1.35 x2.00. In the large bed in the quiet back room you will have a great night's sleep. The ideal place to be completely away for a few days, to enjoy or to work.

The last part of this hallway is also used by the owner to a limited extent. There is parking for cars, covered parking space for moto/bikes. There is a large garden. Children can also enjoy themselves in our beautiful treehouse with slider, swing,... There is also a covered terrace with lounge set where you can relax.

"De Dépôt" is located within the ring of the city at 300m from the market. The roof room is on the 2nd floor . There is a double box spring (+cot). Tea and coffee are in the mini kitchen. There is a double lavabo, a walk-in shower and a toilet. The sitting area with TV is on the second floor. There is also the second bedroom that is available as standard from a third guest. For this, additional costs will be charged for booking for two people (requests).

Charmant appartement situé à quelques minutes du centre ville de Liège. Le logement est fonctionnel, bien équipé et chaleureux. J'ai décoré mon appartement avec des meubles chinés et trouvés sur des brocantes. Enfin, je suis disponible pour vous conseiller sur les bonnes adresses de notre ville. Je précise que votre WC - totalement privé - se trouve à quelques marches sur le palier dans la cage de l'escalier (voir commentaires)

Best location in the center of the city. On the inside of the small ring and yet quietly located on the Leopold park. 50m from the Century de place to be with its large ( heated) terraces. The apartment is 6 minutes walk from the station. Grote Markt is only 1 minute walk through the King Albert street. ( the shopping street) We offer free fitness day pass at I fitness in the TT district within a 5-minute walk.

studio54 - in Ceramique - Close to all!

You will find studio54 in the trendy Wijck-Ceramique area of Maastricht. My fully renovated studio is very well located within a 10-minute walking distance of the city center, Maastricht train station, MECC Conference center and UMC+ University Hospital. Studio54 has a pantry equipped with a fridge, freezer and microwave. There is no stove available.
