This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Possibility for short-stay & long-stay residency.

Space and peace in center Maastricht

The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 5 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.30 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €2,15 each a night.

Wir sprechen mehrere Sprachen : Deutsch, Niederländisch und Englisch. Unser Ferienwohnung liegt in einer schönen ländlichen Umgebung. Bei uns können sie die Seele baumeln lassen. Oder sie können ihre Zeit mit Radfahrer, Wandern oder mit Schoppen verbringen. Den die rad und Wandergebiet Brunsummerheide, Tevenerheide und Shopping Center Maastricht, Roermond liegen alle in unmittelbarer Nähe.( circa 20 min.)

Room with charme , private bath & personal entry

The room with personal entry is nicely furnished and has a private ensuite bathroom. There is WIFI- connection, an electric kettle, coffee and tea. The room shows to the backyard with trees and is quiet. There is direct access to the small garden via the entrance hall.

Apartment with sauna

We have decided to open our apartment, which is located quite behind our residence, to guests. Therefore, we gladly welcome anyone who wants to take a break. Besides staying in our apartment, which has its own entrance, there is also a possibility of using the sauna.
