Beach house holiday rentals in Gennadi

It was a really nice experience from the beginning, communication was very good, Panos replied within minutes! The house is a real gem, perfect location! Privacy with a beautiful balcony looking at the see and you are also 1 minute from a really good small shop, where you can buy anything you might need and is also open on Sundays and non-working days. There are also restaurants within walking distance. Two minutes from the house you can also rent boats. From the balcony you can go down to the sea or walk directly to the village beach which was not crowded at all at the beginning of June. The house is spotless! Everything is very clean, the bathrooms are also really nice and clean, the kitchen is well equipped and also very clean. All appliances were working, no broken fridge or micro! Panos gave us a bottle of orange marmalade which was really nice and was also very delicious! Beds were also good and comfortable. Very much recommended, exactly as advertised with a very good host!

Very nice little house, very well-equipped. Really 2 steps from a beautiful little beach in front of a restaurant. Very nice and convenient. Close to the rest of the village. We felt very good. The only thing I hadn't seen on the listing is that the garden is shared with 1 other small house. but we didn't mind thanks for hosting us

Perfect place for our stay in Lindos. Kids enjoyed the pool. Very clean and roomy. We had a comfortable stay and wish we could stay longer. Manos was very responsive and was great in accommodating our last minute reservation.

Antigone was extremely helpful and kind to us! The home is in a wonderful location right next to the beach and a little more peaceful on the edge of the town. Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived and the beds were very comfy. Altogether a wonderful stay - thank you Antigone!

we are used to "standing" airbnbs and this accommodation was perfect: impeccable cleaning, very good bedding (even the baby bed was of quality with a mattress), air conditioning in all rooms, spacious accommodation, parking space, ... in short we recommend it 100%. regarding the location, we did not regret stegna because it allows to be central for the various visits.

I had an exceptional stay on the island of Rhodes! The accommodation was impeccable, very clean, perfectly equipped and really comfortable. The owners were very kind, always available and caring, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The island's inhabitants are very welcoming and warm, which gives a nice general atmosphere. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone wishing to discover Rhodes in the best conditions

My friends and I had the most incredible stay! The apartment is spotless and really comfortable with a lively balcony. Has all the needed amenities. Check in was really easy. The local beach couldn’t have been closer and was amazing for swimming and the local restaurants were so reasonably priced. I hope to come back soon.

When we arrived at the apartment it was exactly as described, the amenities were perfect and had everything needed for a self catering experience. The location was within a short driving distance of anywhere we needed to go, we rented a car which was easy through the host. Both of the hosts were very attentive and made the experience, they also let us go to their local hotel to spend the afternoon before our flight to use the facilities.

A lovely week in October sunshine in Pefkos, the villa was perfect for us. It is easy walking distance (3 mins) to a great Greek restaurant. We were welcomed and shown round the villa 😀 wonderful relaxing week within 8 mins drive of Lindos and 10 min walk to centre of Pefkos. The villa is lovely and modern, a little small kitchen, but otherwise comfy beds, luxurious sun beds, lovely swimming pool and beautiful views Thank you 🙏 for the welcome food and drink - perfect after a long day travelling

We absolutely adored our stay at Linear Cabanon Villa. The architecture is amazing and breathtaking. The whole place is stunning. It had all the amenities you would need - even things like oil, salt and pepper which we found extremely useful and thoughtful! Hosts are incredible and couldn’t do enough for us. We hope you come back very soon! 💞

This place in the old town is a great base for exploring this stunning medieval city. It's tucked away in a quiet corner but only a few minutes walk to the sights, restaurants, hops and bars. The house has everything you need and the beds are very comfortable. We were a party or three so only used three of the bedrooms. There was plenty of space for us. The plunge pool was also very welcome after a hot day of sight seeing or walking back from the beached in the new town. Carolien and her team team were all lovely and very helpful. We would highly recommend this place.

Terpsis Pool Villa is absolutely beautiful! We came as a group of 4 and had plenty of space in the villa and in the outside garden by the pool and hot tub for all of us to relax for 10 nights. The villa itself is gorgeous, very clean, luxurious and so many things have been thought of. There are plenty outdoor spots to sunbathe, as well as shaded areas. We played lots of table tennis whilst having a BBQ! The hot tub had been added after we booked which was a fantastic addition also! The pool is great fun, and a lovely way to cool off in the heat. They have some toys/floats for the pool too. The local area is lovely and quiet, with a variety of supermarkets in walking distance. The villa is about 10 minutes to old town in a taxi too, and the hosts were very helpful in helping us get one if we were stuck! We hired a car and did a whole island road trip for one day, to see some sights on the island. The hosts were incredible, helpful, super friendly, and always there to check in!

Great little oasis with pool, each room also has its own little terrace. Very quiet, supermarkets are within walking distance, for everything else a car is recommended. Check in super uncomplicated, room cozy and clean. Recommendation!

We are really missing our holiday at this amazing place. The house was fantastic and the view : just wauw. If you’re looking to fully relax and enjoy the sound of the sea in the background, we recommend this place. Communication with Stelios and Claudia was excellent. If you had a question, you got an immediate answer. The house was spacious, perfect condition and clean. And the pool was amazing. Our first day didn’t go quite as planned due to bad weather and our navigation leading us the wrong way. But luckily, there was Stelios (our savior), who guided us to the house. The hospitality: we were welcomed with some delicious treats, and even at 10 PM, pasta was made for us (as we couldn’t go out to get groceries) along with a little something for breakfast. We had complete privacy, some cats came by to visit, but they didn’t cause any disturbance. In short: we had a wonderful week.Thank you for everything, Claudia and Stelios, hopefully see you next time! Tip: A car is recommended

Great stay in this wonderful home, we'll equipped home, spotless inside and out, welcome pack was the best pack we have ever received, beer, wine, fruit, bread, butter, coffee, tea, bacon, ham and water. Great views over the bay surrounded by fruit and olive trees. Varvara was on hand to greet us and gave us a tour of the villa, we always hire a car so we have the freedom to visit different places. we totally enjoyed our safe and would reccomend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay on this beautiful island. Must add we were treated to a couple of home cooked meals which were better than any restaurant food but a good local restaurant we used was Konstantin. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Excellent value. Flexible and helpful host. At our request, we were arranged for surprise welcome drinks in honor of our group of friends birthday. Very clean and functional apartment with amenities. The apartment is also spacious. Early check-in and late check-out were successful. Nice location kind of on the edge of town where the surroundings were lush and rustic, but close enough to the city. Goats and sheep walked right outside the apartment to delight us🙂.

Fantastic stay - I think easily the favorite of our trip. The host was amazingly responsive, to the point that I wonder if she ever has any personal time? She helped us arrange for transport to and from airport; highly recommended, as finding the apartment on your own in the maze of streets could be challenging, and the driving service carried our bags and took us to the door. Host was also quick to respond to requests for restaurants and lined us up with a very convenient car rental service for exploring the island. The apartment is charming and, though a little small, quite comfortable; we did not find ourselves needing more space. Air conditioning and wifi worked great. Would highly recommend this property and the host.

Unfortunately, I only spent 5 nights in this beautiful accommodation, but I enjoyed every minute. A very nice garden, terrace, house and outdoor area super well maintained. No wishes left unfulfilled! Ideal for one or 2 people, quiet environment Mikhail and his family are very nice, helpful, open and kind. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for the great time I was able to spend with you. There is a beach nearby (coarse gravel, very clear water) where you can always find a place. There are also plenty of shopping options, from small to large, depending on your needs. It is only a 3-minute walk to some nice family taverns. Some tours or visits are highly recommended, for which Michail and his family can give great tips. If there is an emergency, someone can always be reached directly. I can fully recommend the accommodation and will DEFINITELY book there again - but then for longer!

The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, just outside the hustle and bustle of Rhodes Town, making it ideal for relaxing while still being close enough to explore everything the area has to offer. Savvas was an exceptional host—always responsive, friendly, and eager to help with anything we needed, from local recommendations to quick assistance with questions. The place itself was lovely: clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. You can really tell that care has been put into making it a welcoming space for guests. Lovely host, a wonderful place with a stunning view froma a huge private terrace. At the late arrival, we even had little dinner snacks, water, juice and wine - life-saving and very thoughtful. Ephraisto! gia ola! Could have stayed a lot longer!

This was a wonderful apartment. It is spacious, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. And the shower was the best I’ve had in Europe. The large outside patio area is a huge plus, and the close location to restaurants and the beach made it easy. Communication, check in and check out were very smooth. I highly recommend.

It was our 4th stay in the wonderful Casa piccola and we are in love with this special place again. The very spacious and lovingly landscaped garden with outdoor shower, hammocks, sun loungers and terrace are just a few reasons why we come back every year. Anja and Konstantinos have created such a warm place for their guests and run this Airbnb with so much love and passion. It is much more than a holiday home, it is a home. In addition, Stegna Beach is the perfect seaside resort for those who like it a little quieter and a beautiful starting point for excursions over and around the island. 1000 thanks to Anja and Konstantinos and all the wonderful people and hosts on the island. Mosaic is a beautiful property recently renovated to an extremely high standard, set across three stories and is a real eye-catcher. The decoration is tasteful and gives a real Greek vibe. it's situated close to many restaurants and walkable to beaches along with New and Old Town Rhodes. Panos is an excellent host who was very responsive and proactive in offering any tips and any recommendations he could. He was extremely accommodating to our requests ensuring our time in Rhodes was amazing with no stress, including allowing us a late check-in due to our late flight and allowing us to leave our bags in the property on the last day as we again had a late flight, along with a small gift on check-out really going the extra mile. A detailed list is also sent once check-in is available with everything you need to know for your stay. I can't recommend the property & host highly enough.
