It is located 2 km from Sori, in a single-family villa consisting of 2 apartments, each with a maximum capacity of 6 sleeping accommodations. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen, air conditioning and is in energy class A. Outside, the Villa is surrounded by olive groves and orchards as far as the eye can see. Guests have access to a swimming pool with outdoor areas equipped with a barbecue and wood-burning oven. Breakfast is available.

There are a wide terrace and a small private garden with an astonishing view on the sea and Portofino mount. THE APARTMENT IS BEING CLEANED AND SANITIZED FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE CENTER FOR DESEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION (CDC) AND IN ADDITION THE APARTMENT IS GENERALLY KEPT EMPTY AND VENTILATED FOR 24 HOURS BETWEEN ONE GUEST AND THE FOLLOWING ONE.

Olive grove

Villa Uliveto has been our family home since the 1960s. We spent our childhood summers here and so do our children today. We are fortunate to have such a beautiful place and look forward to sharing it with you. The house is located in Camogli and boasts a beautiful view of the sea. The 2-story structure consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people.

The house overlooks the Gulf of Tigullio where it enjoys an exceptional sea view, in the quiet of the Ligurian hills, while being a short walk from the sea. It has a garage where the elevator starts, which reaches the first floor where the kitchen, living room, dining room, terrace, and Jacuzzi are located. BBQ, hallway bathroom, and the second floor with three bedrooms and their private bathrooms, plus attic bedroom with bathroom.

Villa Giuanne, families, Arenzano

A beautiful flower garden is the setting for this structure, appropriate for both families with children and couples. Michela will be careful of all your needs. The villa is located on a first hill of Arenzano, about 2 km from the center and the sea. The road to the villa is paved and we report the presence of sharp bends, however it is passable with any car or van.
