Dieses kleine Apartment ist einfach anders! Du schläfst Kopf an Kopf mit der historischen Stadtmauer. Sie ist frisch mit klimafreundlichem Lehm verputzt und ist weitaus älter, als das mit 1750 datierte Haus. Früher wurden hier die Weinfässer geeicht. Urige Betonwände und der ursprüngliche Boden aus Bachwacken stehen in einem spannenden Kontrast zueinander. Ein Unikat! Wenn du das Aussergewöhnliche magst, bist du hier genau richtig! Sprendlingen offers many leisure activities, such as cycling, hiking, Nordic walking, swimming and much more. The property is perfectly suited for 1-3 people. There is no WiFi in the apartment - but the fiber optic cable for the internet is already installed. Think positive, just put the phone aside and do other things. :)

Our place is close to Bingen and Bad Kreuznach, in tranquil Grolsheim. There is good public transport and the highway can be reached quickly. The "Nahe bike path" also passes by the front door. Quietly located, both the great outdoors and cities such as Mainz, Bad Kreuznach & Bingen can be easily reached. Beautiful vacation home for couples, solo travelers and families with children. But business travelers are also welcome.
