Luxury house in condominium standing on the sand with a lot of comfort and infrastructure. The house has 12 air conditioners with a pleasant climate in all rooms: 5 in the gourmet area, 2 in the living room, one in each suite, for a total of 5. We have 5 Queen beds in each suite and two single beds in the pink suite. On the side of the house, 3 showers with hot/cold water Deca, an option on the return of the beach. 12 chairs and 12 beach towels. 400 thread bedding and towels 300 threads. 4 numbered parking spaces.

Your family will be close to everything, restaurants and nightclubs, schooner and buggy rides, a 5-minute walk to the main shops on Rua das Pedras, and have the convenience of walking to the main beaches or, if you wish, taking a taxi boat… when you stay with us. We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. After booking, my WhatsApp will be made available.
