Peaceful blue under apple boughs

Live the “simple” life on the Baltic: in a solar-powered workman’s hut. The idyllic hamlet of Klützer Winkel is 20 km east of Lübeck, Germany, 6 km west of Boltenhagen, and only ten minutes’ walk from the unspoiled Baltic coastline. Our natural refuge (3500 sq.m./over 37,000 sq.ft.) is nestled among hilly meadows, woodlands, beaches, and some nearby seaside cliffs. Our owner-run plot of land has many fruit trees and other trees, blackberry bushes and shrubs. Pristine meadows directly around the property are crisscrossed by narrow pathways. You can set up your own place to sit, and there is a central terrace with barbecue. Facing the south, the vintage workman’s hut (20 square meter/215 square feet) was converted into a cocoon of living space with virtually no environmental footprint. Its separate bedroom, kitchen and roomy living area are supplemented by a 14 square meter (150 square foot) veranda facing west. All the flooring is larch. All electricity is solar generated with water supply from on board tanks or at the nearby “bathhouse” on the same plot with its solar-powered shower. A wood-burning stove can be used in colder weather. Details: 12VDC power supply, intermittent 220V/80W power with converter, DVB-T TV, radio and DVD player, refrigerator, two-plate gas cooker, and sink. Since 2016 we got a supplementary nonsolar power supply i.e. to have a shower without sun. Plus we offer: Bicycle and bed linen rental (please confirm in advance), drawing and painting kits, arts and crafts equipment, beach utensils. Plus the chance to pick and process cherries, blackberries, pears, and apples (all according to the season and availability, for a small fee) Klützer Winkel also offers many leisure, cultural, and recreational opportunities.

The construction trailer has its own fenced garden, barbecue, seating in the garden, fireplace in the construction trailer, etc. It is romantic, extraordinary and ideal for nature lovers to stay there and be awakened by birdsong in the morning. The modern residential unit consists of upcycling overseas containers. The disused freight containers have found a new home with us - a safe haven in Wertheim. Not only our environment benefits from the creative upcycling idea, but you do too. The tiny house offers you everything you expect from a modern micro house on 26 m². A kitchenette, a private terrace, an illuminated parking space right outside the front door and the good feeling of living in your own home.

Sea containers with harbor views next to Messe

You will be staying in a converted sea container in the middle of the Cologne-Mülheim harbour. From the balcony you look directly at the harbour basin and can watch as at the Cologne-Deutzer-Werft 110m long barges are pulled out of the water. The harbour is right next to the exhibition centre, which can be reached on foot via the Zoobrücke bridge. The Claudius-Therme, the cable car to the zoo and the Rhine Park are located right in front of the harbour entrance.

Cozy bungalow with garden by the Baltic Sea

Bungalow surrounded by a large garden in a very quiet location and 10 minutes by car to the beach (e.g. Lubmin) and to Greifswald. The bungalow consists of a living and sleeping room with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom as well as a large terrace. The large garden has space for the little ones to play and the adults to rest. It is possible to take art classes for a fee during the stay. A studio is located on the premises.

Experience living in a sustainably converted sea container. On 23 sqm you can fully enjoy beautiful interior, cozy furnishings and minimalist furnishings. We personally chose all this with a lot of love! :-) The special thing? Except for the steel jacket, almost the entire wall structure consists of renewable raw materials, such as wood, jute and hemp. The visible clay plaster ensures a unique look and pleasant indoor climate.

Mia: Tiny house for the whole family

Mia, our second Tiny House is located on the edge of Auszeit 27, so you are right in the middle of nature. You can usually hear the waves crashing in the background, that's how close you are to the water here. From the large sun terrace, you can look directly over the fields and the dyke and enjoy the setting sun, for example. You can hardly get any closer to nature.

RadApart "Ob d. Tauber"

This great place is anything but ordinary. Welcome to the *Lovely Tauber Valley* (as well as Jakobsweg) bike path near the old town of Creglingen, equally surrounded by lots of nature and forest.
