Newly furnished bright tiny house (30m2) with separate garden and small veranda. Small kitchenette with fridge, freezer, 2 induction cooktops, coffee maker, underfloor heating and air conditioning. The box spring bed is 1.40 m wide and the armchair can be converted into a sleeping chair. Parking directly in front of the property. Our tiny house is located in a suburb of Mainz, right on Mainzer Höhenweg and is very quiet. The center is easily accessible by bus and train.

You will be staying in a converted sea container in the middle of the Cologne-Mülheim harbour. From the balcony you look directly at the harbour basin and can watch as at the Cologne-Deutzer-Werft 110m long barges are pulled out of the water. The harbour is right next to the exhibition centre, which can be reached on foot via the Zoobrücke bridge. The Claudius-Therme, the cable car to the zoo and the Rhine Park are located right in front of the harbour entrance.

Cozy bungalow with garden by the Baltic Sea

Bungalow surrounded by a large garden in a very quiet location and 10 minutes by car to the beach (e.g. Lubmin) and to Greifswald. The bungalow consists of a living and sleeping room with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom as well as a large terrace. The large garden has space for the little ones to play and the adults to rest. It is possible to take art classes for a fee during the stay. A studio is located on the premises.

Modernly converted overseas container as a tiny house

The modern housing unit consists of upcycling overseas containers. The disused freight containers have found a new home with us - a safe harbor in Wertheim. The creative upcycling idea benefits not only our environment, but also you. The Tiny House offers you everything you expect from a modern micro house on 26m². A kitchenette, a private terrace, a lighted parking right outside the front door and the good feeling of living in your own house.
