The approx. 65 sqm apartment with separate entrance and terrace is located on the ground floor of a house in an idyllic south-facing slope, reachable by bus or train from the Würzburg main station (journey time from the train station 10 min), located close to the motorway by car. The apartment has a bedroom with a large double bed, a large living-dining room in which there is a single bed and a sofa bed for 1 - 2 people, bathroom with bathtub, kitchen fully equipped.

The quietly located apartment on the outskirts of Oberaltertheim is located in a two-family house. The small Franconian village is idyllically nestled in the Altbachtal southwest of Würzburg. The A81-Gerchsheim federal highway is only 4 km away and the A3-Kist is about 8 km away. In the village there is a bakery and butcher shop, as well as an organic farm shop (only open on weekdays) and an ATM. A few kilometers away there are other grocery stores and gas stations in neighboring towns

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.
