L'appartement se trouve en RDC d'une maison typique alsacienne, avec des plafonds bas, abritant autrefois une ancienne forge. Il est entièrement équipé et vous accueille dans une ambiance chaleureuse. Il y a des places de stationnement gratuites dans la rue (pas de place de stationnement réservée au studio dans la résidence)

A 5 km du site d'Obernai, idéalement placé sur la route du vin entre Strasbourg et Colmar et proche des principaux sites touristiques du centre Alsace, nous proposons un studio moderne de 38 m2 attenant à la maison principale des propriétaires avec son entrée indépendante et sa place de parking privée. Un petit jardin extérieur équipé de deux transats, d'une table et de deux fauteuils, complète le logement. Le logement est situé à 300m d'un hypermarché U doté de bornes de charges électriques.

Aux pieds du mont Sainte-Odile, Obernai, Mittelbergheim (village classé) ne sont qu'a 5 minutes en voiture. Pour les amoureux de nature, de nombreux sentiers sont directement accessibles du gite.
