My stay was something I'll always remember. You immediately feel at home at Lucy's. Everything is so well organized, and the team of assistants is incredible. I happened to get a cold and was definitely not in good shape. But Lucy took such good care of me! I nearly forgot to talk about the breakfast: one of the highlights of the place! One word: incredible! Thanks again for all, Lucy and to the friendly people of Colombia!

I stayed at Juliana’s apartment for 7 nights and 8 days. The place looked exactly like the photos—clean, bright, and cozy. It’s located on a quiet street, and the neighborhood felt very safe. The location is excellent—you can walk to most attractions, and there’s a large supermarket (Éxito) nearby which was very convenient. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the apartment was very comfortable overall. I especially appreciated the presence of a building manager and friendly staff—it made me feel secure throughout my stay. I was able to relax and enjoy my time in Cartagena fully. Highly recommended! And thank you for the thoughtful welcome drink—it was a lovely touch~ :-)

Really loved staying here! It was a perfect location within walking distance of everything. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. I would totally book again, however I would bring some ear plugs for the evenings and early morning construction, and some bug spray as mosquitos can be a bit bothersome.

The space is perfect. In our case, we walked around the walled city all day, we went to bathe to go out again and we only went back to sleep. Perfect for making breakfast too. Great place, 100% recommended
