De woning is gelegen aan de populaire Mergellandroute – een paradijs voor wandelaars, fietsers, wielrenners en rustzoekers. Geulle ligt in het hart van het Zuid-Limburgse Heuvelland. Binnen 15 minuten staat u in het centrum van Maastricht, Sittard of Valkenburg. Supermarkten, bakker en restaurants liggen op korte afstand in Meerssen, Bunde en Elsloo.

Appartement 'Lucht' is ons grote appartement op de 1e etage. Het is voorzien van alle gemakken waarbij de originele stijl van het pand met hoge plafonds en houten spanten bewaard is.
