You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Right in the middle of Burgundy, between Beaune and Dijon, amid vineyards, Old winegrower's house completely renovated, very quiet, contemporary and neat decoration, comfortable, with fireplace. Note: the 5th bedroom is located in the attic. The insulation is good, but in case of very high heat, the temperature can reach a high level and alter comfort. We strive to provide you with 5-star service and are attentive to all your comments.
