Small, typically Piemontese terraced house in a historical village at the foot of the castle of Cerrione in the province of Biella. Fully equipped kitchen and bedroom with panoramic views of a moraine and a greenhouse situated on it. Private entrance and a reserved parking space. Ideal place for outdoor sports and to visit the sites of scenic, historical, and cultural interest of Biella and Canavese. 15 minutes from Lake Viverone, 20 km from Ivrea, 14 km from Biella and 17 km from Santhià.

It is located about a hundred meters from the village of Arcumeggia at 600 meters above sea level in the Varese Prealps. It is a house with a separate entrance and private garden; on the ground floor there is a covered terrace with a lovely wooden table and, on the first floor, a large balcony with a comfortable table for dining during summer evenings.

The house is surrounded by nature, reachable only on foot 300 meters from the parking lot, but very close to the lake and the village that offers art and culture, beautiful panoramic views, restaurants and beach. You'll love it for the tranquility and vastness of the spaces, the views towards the lake and mountains, the intimacy, the exposed ceiling, the comfort, the large lawn around. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

Curt da Beta - Holiday home & garden 18th cent.

Entire house with private garden, fireplace and BBQ in an 18th century courtyard, called Curt da Beta from the legend of the mule of Sant'Ambrogio. Located in a strategic but quiet position 34 km from Milan Malpensa airport; 7 km from Varese; 19 km from Lake Lugano; 23 km from Lake Como; 10 km from Swiss; 45 Km from Milan. Close to transport, bus stop and train station, supermarkets, shopping centres, restaurants, paths, lakes and the Molera quarries.

The flat is at the second floor of our house that is a sort of farm. There is a nice view on the Alps and our garden. Wooden floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite has king size bed, a sofa and kitchen in the bedroom . Another room with 2 beds and sofa, and a third room with a double bed that I can separate in two single beds.
