Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Gignac-la-Nerthe

Really attentive and proactive host, checking everything was OK during our stay- probably the best I've had on Airbnb - and clear instructions for checking in and out. Easy to access with a late arrival, as the keys are in a lock box. All exactly as per photos and very comfortable. Walkable in about 20 mins from main train station, if you are taking the airport bus and very close to the Old Port which we wanted. I would agree with someone else's comment about the 2nd bedroom loft space - you might need to be careful with the steps up for young children, same with elderly people but you can see the steps in the photos and you can easily swap bedrooms if you need. Definitely would stay here again, highly recommended.

First, if you are staying in Aix en Provence, do not hesitate to stay at Brice’s apartment. The apartment was just perfect! The location was literally a five minute walk to the city center. We have experienced many excellent Airbnb accommodations and Brice was one of the premier hosts. He truly made us feel welcome with a variety of welcome offerings and even an au revoir surprise. We would definitely book again as well as recommend to our friends!

Fantastic flat and host!

We had a wonderful stay at Alix’s flat in Aix-en-Provence! This was perhaps the most stunning rental we have stayed at out of dozens of them. The view from the Terrace absolutely cannot be beat and we ate outside multiple evenings listening to the occasional church bells and birds chirping. The size of the rental was just perfect for our family of 5. The rooms were clean and updated and the bathrooms really nice. The kitchen was sizable and updated and perfect for cooking several meals after picking up vegetables and meats from the nearby market. As other viewers have noted, you do have to climb four stories of steps. But it was extremely well worth it! There are several restaurants and a coffee shop just outside. If we come back to Aix we would definitely stay here again.

Marie Angele’s apartment was outstanding. It was beautifully furnished, spacious, comfortable and classy. The air con was a must in this hot climate. The location could not be better. Marie Angel organised a taxi to pick us up and return to the TGV. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Cyril and Bea were amazing hosts and absolutely delightful individuals! They added personal touches to our stay (providing restaurant and sight-seeing recommendations as well as leaving a breakfast every morning) that made us feel welcome right from the start. The Airbnb was spotless and had fantastic décor, making the experience even more special. It had every amenity you would need, in a great location within walking distance of everything you would want to see in the city, while still being private and quiet. The city itself is a charming and lively place. It has the perfect balance of sightseeing, shopping, and activities. Any individual would find something they enjoy there. Our stay in Aix-en-Provence exceeded our expectations and I wish we could have extended our trip.

This place is a real gem. It takes a little bit of work to get to as it is in an area with steep and narrow roads. Frédérique has great step by step instructions on how to access his place, but make sure you preview the route before you go! Do not use google maps to direct to the street address, instead follow the directions in the entry directions. The home and the calanque is gorgeous, and alive with activity with the sports club, divers, and a couple of fantastic restaurants. You could easily spend a day sitting on the balcony watching the small town of Niolon buzzing with activity. Frédérique was a top notch host communicating regularly to make sure we got in ok, and that we had everything we needed. I hope to return to this beautiful town some day!

What a fabulous place to stay! Quiet, but walkable to all of Aix centre. We walked to dinner every night and came back to a peaceful house with a private backyard and pool. Having parking was a huge benefit and management team of Emma and Silvio was so helpful. Emma was very responsive. We fit 8 people comfortably with 3 couples and 2 singles.

The house is perfect for a family stay, the many children's toys, the pool and the quietness of the neighborhood are all the ingredients for a successful holiday. Sleeping arrangements are comfortable, and there's nothing missing in the house. As for the welcome, it is warm and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Very comfortable, modern, very peaceful and quiet - but what stood out most was the incredible views, of the sea with homes and trees on a lovely slope, and the beauty and tranquility of the garden and pool area. Would definitely stay here again!

This villa was perfect!!!! We couldn’t have wished for anything more. It is a 15 minute walk down to the beach where we enjoyed morning dips but also close enough for coastal walks where more gorgeous coves can be fine! The villa is exactly as pictured and blew us away with how amazing it was!

2-day stay in Serge's original house. It would have taken more time to contemplate, to analyze the objects of art and decoration... On a practical level, note the modern and design material. A little complicated at first, the house turns out to be functional and quickly becomes endearing. The neighborhood is charming and very quiet, and there is at least one good restaurant within walking distance. The host demonstrated excellent communication skills, being very responsive and friendly. Good luck to him in helping others discover the wonderful corner of art that his house houses.

The separate apartment is clean, cozy, and very practically furnished. It is in the middle of the nature of a large park, which we appreciated very much.

Aside from some initial mixup with the instructions (wrong house number given to us) when communicating, everything else was as expected. There's an easy public transport connection with the train station. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The lift works well. We really enjoyed the stay and would consider this apartment again when in Marseilles.

Very nice studio, well equipped, comfortable bedding! We had a 10-hour drive, the self check-in is really convenient. Virginie is very responsive in exchanges, which is appreciated. We recommend this accommodation, and if we return to the area, we will gladly rent it again!

Great location for visiting Cassis. The apartment is well laid out, well equipped and very pleasant for a stay for two. The only problem is the bell tower of the nearby church, which rings every hour even in the middle of the night and can annoy those who are not used to it and who like peace and quiet like us

It is perfect place to stay in Marseille, beautiful surroundings with beach nearby. Everything was clean. I would highlight the seating on balcony - very pleasant. There is bus station (10 minutes from apartment) from which you can go to the city centre.
