Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gijón

We were greeted by Nuria A beautiful house, she is super nice and attentive, she recommended places to go and explained everything great Next time we go to Aviles, we'll go back to Nuria's house

Lucia and her husband were charming, very helpful at all times and willing to do anything. We had a problem with the garage door and they solved it without a problem. They also had a nice touch and left us a box of cider. The house was much better than in the photos, the surroundings are quiet and the house has everything you need. We were a group of friends and we loved the stay. We would definitely come back. Thank you for everything, Lucia.

good I recommend this stay. the location is great the quiet area to be in the countryside and spend a vacation disconnecting. the great area with field we were seeing cows , goats and many more animals since my daughter loves it. overall the whole house spectacular as in the photos. we felt right at home since the owners are awesome and great. thank you for everything

We had a great time, if we lacked something, the location was very good near Oviedo and Gijón and with good plans nearby to visit related to the area and mining. The very nice and quiet estate allows you to enjoy nature and isolate you from the world , so it is also a good plan. I recommend going during the day at least the first time. For us it was a nice experience and to repeat it without a doubt. Thanks for everything.

Dreamy house, it was very well equipped, clean and beautiful, in a quiet area where only the birds could be heard in the morning when waking up. If you want to disconnect a few days for the wonderful Asturias esta es tu casita. The very pending hosts with clear and easy directions and recommendations! From 10!! Thanks to Pepa for hosting us in her apartment, which is located in a very central area and allows you to shine in Asturias. The garage is a real plus.

Loved our stay! We were just passing through Oviedo and this was so close to the train station. Grocery store, an playground, and restaurants within a block. Highly recommend! The main trendy area is about a ten min walk! Every morning around 5am there is a loud trash truck that picks up the trash so you just want a heavy sleeper to sleep on that side of the apt, it woke me up through my ear plugs lol but definitely not a deal breaker!

The host was very friendly and responsive. The apartment was very clean and free of clutter. The location is close to the city center and the bus/train stations. We were easily able to walk everywhere. I didn't love the street we were on, wasn't the prettiest, but it was a quick walk to anywhere we wanted to go. The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was that the kitchen was not stocked. We stay in airbnb's because it is easier to have a kitchen and cook at home while traveling. The kitchen didn't have much, so it is unfortunate on a 2 day trip to have to buy coffee, olive oil, etc. It would have been nice to have those basics provided. Other than that, we were happy with everything and I would recommend it.

Our stay at B3nak1 stays was 10. The house was spotless, no lack of detail, exceeding our expectations; and the spectacular setting. 100% recommended to spend a few days disconnecting and relaxing

The apartment is perfect, I really loved our stay there. Very clean, bright and modern. The host Ruben was great, very friendly and helpful! Some highlights worth mentioning: - lots of different light sources: lamps, bulbs with warm light, LED lights behind the TV, even electric fireplace; it makes the place so cozy - stunning view; all windows overlook the city and mountains, not walls of the nearby house - our stay was quite long, about 3 weeks, and there were lots of spare towels and the change of bed linen, it was a very nice touch - all appliances were modern and new - perfect location

Beautiful, clean apartment in great location. Lots of space. It was difficult to locate not being a Spanish speaker but she offers instructions to assist. Not a fault of the host. Host is very responsive and kind.

From the beginning Cristian was super friendly and accessible. The house is unbeatable for a getaway to Asturias, incredible views and unsurpassed surroundings. In the mornings Cristian leaves something for breakfast then picks up the things to clean them, everything comfortable. The house is a 30 minute drive from Gijon and 40 from Oviedo so we went to both places. 100% recommended, yes it is available for sure we will be back.

Great place for large groups. We had 13 people at the house very well. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen and the living room are large. The outdoor areas are huge, with two doormen, a bbq area. Beatriz is very attentive and you can count on her for whatever you need

A quiet area with a nice landscape to disconnect. Clean facilities with all amenities. Rosana has adapted to us perfectly and has made it very easy for us to check in and out. Recommended accommodation!

The house is a pass, it is very bright and if the weather accompanies you, it is a joy. you are 15minutes by taxi from the center of Gijón. we will repeat without a doubt

Very good location. The house is as described in the ad. Fully equipped. Perfect communication with the host, we had a little problem in one of the rooms and they came right away to fix it. Ease and information for taking taxis. Lots of outdoor activities in the area. We'll be back!

The blue house is very good, the area is comparable to paradise in tranquility. We were very comfortable, the jacuzzi is a joy and everything is prepared so that you do not get bored, from surfboards and kajack to karaoke and play games and many board games. Maria is very kind and concerned about her clients would definitely come back.
