You will be right around the corner from Usery Park for hiking, biking, and equestrian trails. Saguaro and Canyon lakes are 25 min from the home for great boating or fishing. This beautiful remodeled studio apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, close to hospitals, shopping and public transportation. Renters will have access to the shared patio with the owners and a BBQ grill. Owners will not use the patio while you are the guest. No Smoking allowed anywhere on the property. Please don't book if this is an issue! Feel free to enjoy the backyard gazebo and firepit (instructions inside the apartment). Also, set up the cornhole game on the grass and enjoy playing!
