The house was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for the family. Kitchen had all the things.

10/10 experience! Excellent home. No bait and switch here. The listing was exactly as described in pictures and words. In fact, it was even better seeing it in person. Our host Kristie was extremely accommodating. Kristie went above and beyond in her generosity and thoughtfulness. She allowed a small gathering to celebrate a college graduation and a birthday. I wanted for nothing while in the home. So many personal touches from a handwritten birthday card to me and another for my son who graduated, to kitchen equipment, phone chargers and doggie treats. The house is immaculate. The furniture inside and outside the home was extremely comfortable. The outdoor pool/patio/yard was also well equipped which allowed us to not be confined to just indoor activities. There was something for everyone. Kristie was easy to communicate with and was prompt in responding. I would highly recommend this home and I WILL be booking this home again. Host Kristie for the win!

Great place everything was well organized and easeasy to find what was need and turning cooking or washing cloths. Anything you need they had available for use. Would 100 percent recommend for someone visiting!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house has an open layout with lots of light and enticing views of the beautiful backyard. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a cook or bbq chef could want and the pantry was pleasingly well-stocked. Our primary motivation for this short getaway was to find a house with a pool. We’ve booked other properties with pools but this one stood out for its impeccable cleanliness and for its design (nice deep end!). Add to that the hammock, fire pit, pine trees(!), and exotic cactus species from other parts of the world, and this house and property provided a truly special retreat for a 2-day getaway. Highly recommended!

We cannot say enough great things about Josh. He went so above and beyond to help us through our stay while visiting a very sick family member in the hospital there. The house is very cute, quiet, and perfectly clean! The layout is perfect for a family. There were lot of extra towels, many dishes and glasses — the kitchen is large! The pool and hot tub were excellent and were just a short walk away. We’ve spent every weekend in PHX for a month and this was our favorite Airbnb. Just know that if you have a larger car (we have a full size SUV) it will NOT make it into the garage. We had to park quite far away on the street both nights, but it was manageable, especially considering how great the place is and the incredible price. I highly recommend it. Thank you so much, Josh. You really were so kind and thoughtful during this difficult time for us, and your townhome gave us a peaceful place to rest.

Ula was a great host. Responded within 15 every time. Very beautiful home. Beds could have been a bit comfier. but some people like stiff. the pool was clean and well taken care of. so happy with out stay 100% recommend.

We loved our stay, we had lots of room and enjoyed cooking and ordering in some nights to enjoy the house and view.We loved paddle boarding and hanging out at the pool. We didn’t want to leave! Area is very peaceful and easy to get to restaurants, coffee etc. We will book again for sure!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, well-furnished, and had everything we needed. We had no issues with anything from check in to check out, so we did not really have to message Barbara about anything. But when we did message her, she was responsive and kind! If we ever visit Arizona again, I’ll be sure to check if this place is available as I’d love to stay here again.

Sarah’s place is a great spot for your stay in Scottsdale, especially if you have a dog. Listing is accurate. while it’s a guesthouse, it’s still private and we enjoyed taking advantage of the amenities right in the back yard. If we find ourselves in Scottsdale again, I hope this spot is available!

We had a great stay!! Everything was as the pictures. We were in town for my daughter’s birthday and she felt like the house was a mini resort just for her haha! We’ve stayed in the area many times and this was one of the best! The pool was lovely and we felt right at home! We would recommend and stay again!

Jeff was kind enough to let us enjoy his suite retreat for my daughter‘s high school graduation party. He was very responsive, anytime we had a question he got right to us with the answer. I would definitely recommend staying here. It’s great for pool parties.

We actually couldn't make our reservation due to a death in the family earlier in the week, but Alexander worked with us on this and we will be booking again soon with him!

The house was very beautiful, and that view was even more spectacular. The host was very responsive and gave clear directions.. There were a few unreported dings and scratches to furniture and wall within the property, but once we notified the host they were addresses. Overall, great stay and host.

Phil and Peggy were exceptional host. This place was extremely clean, and well stocked. Usually there is water in the refrigerator, however, this refrigerator had chocolate, creamer, and water. On the kitchen counter there was a bottle of wine with a bar of dark chocolate, coffee and in one of the cupboards snacks. Simply said Phil and Peggy went above what is expected to provide a clean and welcoming stay for their guest.

Great peaceful location, nice neighborhood. Very comfortable stay. Nice little patio with cushioned chair seating. We loved the access to the walking/biking paths. Great area for kids with splash pools, which are accessible and playground areas, including basketball and soccer. Nice feature was the two car garage. Julie checked in with us ( via email) the next day after arrival to make certain everything was satisfactory.

It's a great place, my family enjoyed our time very much, there are many things to do in the area and many great restaurants. Not far from the center of Phoenix where we went to a Diamondbacks game.

Had a terrific stay! I was in town for work and I felt like I was in my own apartment! Neat, clean,and very well equipped in all aspects for being away from home!

Staying at Angie‘s is so peaceful we love the pool. We love just hanging out there the whole time. We love the kitchen. It’s roomie. We enjoyed so much that we’re going to be booking it 3 time She’s very hospitable and accommodating in every way possible. Thank you Angie for a wonderful stay.

Very comfortable home - loved the decorating! We felt right at home, and it was a great space to enjoy some family time. Nikki communicated well and was quick to answer any questions - we would definitely stay here again!

Very responsive and accommodating for check in. Property was very clean, well stocked and worked wonderfully for my husband and I. We both work remotely and having separate areas for us to work was great.

This home was perfect for our large group. It was near lots of great little parks, a beautiful walking trail, stores, and resturants. We had a few questions while we were there and Lisa was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when we return.

We had a great stay when there for my daughter’s graduation. Great home and the host, Logan responded quickly when I had a question. Highly recommended!
