My husband and I stayed at Tiko's lovely place when we came to Phoenix for a graduation at ASU. Wonderful location, very nice building, very quiet and clean. We'll be back. :)

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, peaceful, and exactly as described. There were lots of fun things to do nearby for my daughter, which made the trip extra special. Jasmine provided clear instructions, making check-in and everything else super easy. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect spot for our family weekend in Phoenix to visit my son. Great central location—close to Castles N’ Coasters and a short drive to the West World Equidome Scottsdale for an MMA event , and The Buffalo Chip Saloon to catch some Bull Riding. The 3-bedroom unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved relaxing on the patio overlooking the lake with ducks and geese, and the walking path out back was a nice bonus. The host was responsive and very accommodating, even allowing an early check-in which made our arrival smooth. At $603 for 3 nights, it was a great value for the area and size. We’ll definitely save this place for future visits. Highly recommend it for families or small groups!

Beautiful apt just like the pictures

We had a wonderful stay in Tiko’s place! Any hiccups we experienced were dealt with in a timely manner and handled with grace. We enjoyed the apartment, the useful amenities, and the location.

I appreciated the quiet neighborhood. I actually prefer King size beds but the mattress was comfortable which is most important since I have back issues. The apartment was a little cluttered by too much furniture for my taste which makes the unit appear much smaller but that is just my individual opinion. Everything was clean and the book of instructions was very well done compared to other Airbnb units. The kitchen was extremely well stocked for cooking at the unit! The unit supplies almost everything anyone would need!

We had such a great stay at Tikos! The location was absolutely perfect—right by the lake and beautiful walking paths, which made for peaceful mornings and stunning evening strolls. The suite itself couldn’t have been in a better spot—just steps from the pool and common area, which made relaxing and socializing super convenient. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the entire space was styled so tastefully—it really felt like a boutique retreat. We also appreciated how well-equipped the suite was with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The gym was a great bonus and had everything we needed for a solid workout. One of our favorite details was the record player—it added such a cozy, personal touch to the experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, well-appointed place in a perfect location.

Spencer’s apartment was absolutely beautiful. It was located near the down town area of Tempe so there were a lot of amazing things to access in the area. This truly was a luxury apartment and all the amenities, including the pool and courtyard games were so much enjoyable. Spencer was a great host and extremely helpful with anything we needed. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time in Arizona! Ryan's place was a great place to retreat from after a long day of hiking or wake surfing! There was so much to do in Arizona and close by their home. We went one night to Pop Stroke which was only 15 minutes from the house. Lots of shopping and dinning close by. Anything you want to get to is about 15 to 30 minutes from the house. Which is typical in the desert. Thank you guys again!

loved the place, was clean and as described, sparkling pool was definitely a plus coming back home from being out in the heat all day. close to freeways, restaurants, shopping. I would definitely return and recommend this location to family and friends. the host was very responsive with all my questions and was clear on everything, best part was no surprises!

First time in Phoenix, and our stay at this beautiful home was nothing short of perfect! The house itself is stunning — clean, spacious, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. From the peaceful pool area to the cozy interior, everything was designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. What really stood out was the incredible hospitality. I mentioned needing some Splenda for coffee, and within an hour, it was delivered to the door via DoorDash! That level of attentiveness and care truly made the experience special. We can’t wait to come back again soon — highly recommend this wonderful retreat!

Our weekend at this lakeside home was absolutely perfect! The house itself was beautiful and incredibly peaceful, with a stunning view of the lake. The kids (and adults!) loved the pool, which also offered amazing lake views. The putt-putt golf was a huge hit with the little ones. The fishing off the dock was great, my husband caught multiple huge bass and catfish. The boat was a wonderful bonus too. Everything was spotless, and the house had all the amenities we could possibly need. Our host was wonderful – very nice and super responsive. We can't wait to come back!!

Would definitely recommend staying here to friends and family members, super nice neighborhood along with lots to do within the house. It was a such a beautiful home. Yamilet was quick to respond with any questions that we had. AMAZING place to stay at.

We loved this home. We really felt like we were "at home". Waking up to the lake view in the desert is pretty special. The home was equipped with everything you need, just bring your clothes and groceries. The main upstairs suite was large and the bed mattress topper was super comfortable. The AC works great upstairs and downstairs! We were visiting family and had everyone in and out of the home, it accommodated everyone nicely. Having access to the boat, to fish and piddle around in the mornings and evenings was such a treat! If you are looking for a place that is quiet, where you don't feel like you need to leave the home to relax, this is the place for you. I'd rather stay in Arrowhead/Peoria instead of noisy/touristy Scottsdale. I recommend this place if you are attending a concert or game at the Cardinals Stadium, it's not too far away. P83 is close by and a great place to have dinner or brunch. I can't wait to stay here again, my family and I said we could of stayed another week!

The home is simply beautiful! Kitchen missing a few essentials! The house met all our needs! The back yard is stunning and we spent a lot of time out there! She we travel to Phoenix/glendale we would book again!

Just book it. The house is amazing, location is solid, and the host Nikki is so accommodating and responsive. We stayed with our two young kiddos and we can’t wait to go back, one of our top short term rentals!

My stay here was amazing! It’s in a very walkable area and local to a lot of great places to eat. It felt very safe and secure. The condo was incredibly clean, and the airplane noise mentioned in the description was not even an issue. It was very quiet and peaceful and I slept great! Bed was very comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The area was clean and quiet, which I always appreciate. Both Ted and Spencer left explicit instructions for me. I’d definitely stay here again when I visit Phoenix.

A very clean and well maintained unit, conveniently located for access to shopping, grocery and restaurants. The property has several lakes and a nice, meandering walkway for strolls in the morning or evening. Inside the space is well laid out and a good size for four to cook, dine, and relax in the living area. We enjoyed our stay very much!

My husband and I stayed at Edward's place while looking for a house in the area. The apartment was super clean and as described. It's a very peaceful location next to the water. The only issue we had was finding the actual unit since literally on the side of the water where you can't drive. The covered spot isn't right outside so it was a bit confusing. But overall a great place to stay and highly recommend.

Alan was super responsive and made sure l had everything I needed. It was comfortable for a long stay and the shared dog area in the back made it super easy to let the dog out.

This condo has every amenity you could think of. It is nicely furnished , all the beds are very comfortable . We love that it has a heated pool and beautiful walking path around the lake with turtles and ducks and geese. The owners have been so responsive . This property is about 20 minutes to anywhere in the Phoenix andoutline areas. We loved our easy drive over to the Peoria sports complex to cheer on our Seattle Mariners. The check in and check out procedures are easy and explained perfectly. Looking forward to next year!
